This song gets to me every time. Reminds me of my dad and I miss him.

Thanks for reacting to this song. Tom T Hall was an incredible song writer. "The Year That Clayton Delaney Died" is one of my favorites by him. The song "Faster Horses" gives a flip side to this philosophy and is a great song.
