I've been changing my lifestyle for the past two years and it's wonderful to know that by watching this episode, I'm on the right track. I'm currently learning to love all my emotions and experiences and no longer judge which I did for a long time. This in itself has created such an inner peace for me. Not to say I'm there yet and fully accepting my emotions but I'm defintely seeing more compassion and love happening for myself. It's a process and I take every day as a new day, with new experiences and emotions. I'm learning to love my body because without love, like Nicole said, you're just creating more stress on your nervous system.

My osteopath said this morning that she hopes that children learn to feel or be aware of their nervous system. That would make a huge difference.

YES! And we begin that teaching by first teaching ourselves. A beautiful new future of awareness we are all in. Thank you for tuning in and connecting here, Mariska!

I have watched almost all of the episodes on this channel. What I loved about this episode was witnessing Nicole having a really joyous moment and showing that not so serious side of herself. You both are truely an inspiration and I am beyond grateful to each of you for the service that you provide through this channel.

Amazing....since becoming a Vedic meditator in January 2022, my nervous system was allowed to relax enough so that past stored traumas could finally come up to be examined in August 2022 with a full body system failure. Now, I am learning to lovingly reparent myself to be reborn authentically.....a little each week slowly....progress. My logic brain could have talked me out of it but my body and spirit said , No, not one step further like this, change now! That unfortunate breakdown was a lucky save.

Thank you so much for going to the workbook by using this video series, when I looked at the book, I felt l overwhelmed to do it by myself because I’m still learning about myself and I get stuck on a lot of questions and don’t have a lot of substance because I feeling and talking about emotions is so new to me.

So so grateful for your sharing, Karen! Your giving words to what many experience and we appreciate you taking the time to do so here in this community. Makes so much sense to experience overwhelm with all the newness. Thank you for embarking on the journey with us and being willing and open to discovering yourself and all this new language and awareness.

I know that I am on alert most of the time. I fall in and out of safty i can not just be told i am safe. even if the other people know they are safe actually get more activated and more unsafe in my body i need to feel a sence of safty for my self I believe as a result of all my trauma most people are not kind and they have an agenda to hurt me some how so I need to make a move as fast as I can to protect myself well I think I am protecting myself from danger.

Hi👋🏻 From the title of this episode- "73 Feeling Your Nervous System" I think it correlates to beginning from page 60 onwards. As you'll notice on the top of page 60 it says "Your Nervous System's Stress Response" As you listen to this episode just take your time scrolling from page 60- onwards- more so begining on page 61 onwards and you'll notice they are speaking on the same things. I hope that helps😊 I just got the book today and I'm looking forward to reading it!
