I remember seeing the actual video from inside the courtroom a while back. It was a female marshall who shot the crook. Which is ironic since 2 of her fellow marshalls had been shot by this creep. The video showed him jumping up and saying something as he runs toward the witness on the stand. The marshall was standing near the witness and when she saw the pen in his hand, she blew him away;
