The OG art was so great, the newer sets are really nice too, but there was something really lovely about the 90's stuff.
I think it's the fact that it's so different that makes feel really nice. Back then there wasn't standard anime design and the artist were clearly going for fearsome monsters rather than the cutesy things we get today because of the influence of Pokemon

I got my playset of both Etemon & MetalEtemon, so no need to worry :)
Also, I loved WereGarurumon too, mostly because werewolves were one of my favourite monsters as a child.
