I wear latex gloves, full body-covering hoodie with tracksuit pants (which I have cut, sewn, hemmed, banded and overlocked myself, because I'm a good seamstress with a lot of loose fabric to spare) and a soviet GP5 gas mask fitted with a Polish FP5 filter (which is waning and needs to be changed soon but it's still preferable to wear the mask without a filter at all as opposed to wearing it fitted with the original soviet asbestos-laden filter) when I go to the supermarket. But I don't disinfect what I buy, I haven't had any issues yet, which is good as I do have immunity problems. I don't trust surfaces or people insofar as their ability to spread the virus, but if I'm grabbing something from a shelf; I usually trust that people haven't picked it up, coughed on it and put it back, and the people handling the food and stocking the shelves seem to take protective measures as well. I mean the last problems we had with produce in Australia were with the manufacturers of said produce, whether it was vengeful strawberry sorters putting tiny sewing needles in strawberries or unhygienic farmers using human feces to fertilize blueberries, which led to a small hepatitis outbreak.

I reuse all plastic grocery bags. Examples: covering muddy boots so you don't dirty your car, a place for dirty diapers that you can completely seal off with a knot so that it doesn't stink up the trash when you leave a public facility, picking up after your dog who leaves a present for you while he/she is on a walk, to line the smaller trash cans around the house, to put my trash in while driving my car, to put scooped out cat litter in, to carry small objects into the house when I have too many things to carry at once, and so and so on depending on your need. Plus I'm blessed to live in an area where these are recycled if they are too damaged for me to reuse. Be creative!
