That's why I love Taskmaster. The playfulness. This was totally unnecessary work ( I don't know if it even aired on TV) but the fans appreciate it I would guess. I personally love it.
Having only recently seen footage of Mike winning the very first Taskmaster in Edinburgh in 2010, this is a lovely way of promoting him in the franchise ❤️
I had no idea he won TM in Edinburgh Fringe! I was lucky enough to meet him at Alex Horne's Comedy football match and he pulled a ridiculous face. I said he had the coolest 'stsche I've seen since my great great grand uncle (there are photos in a museum) but I regret not asking whether the Mohawk was real. If I get a chance to to again and see him play I will ask him

Oooo. A Taskmaster I could show the under 12 crowd when they visit. Also, yay, Mike! I think he's absolutely Taskmaster Assistant material. I loved him on his series, and I look forward to seeing more of him.
Very much looking forward to Junior Taskmaster. I loved Rose and Mike when they were competitors and am sure they'll smash it as Junior Taskmaster and Assistant
That trot, he picked an horse that was a real free spirit, Desert Orchid perhaps. Can someone organise a sitcom with Mike and Alex playing the lead roles and all supporting roles, please and thank you
I would love to see how Greg would train Rose. "This is how you glibly insult people's efforts." "Can I do that? They'll be about ten years old." "Sure, why not?"
Mike Wozniak is my all time #1 favorite Taskmaster contestant, and I'm very happy I now get to see him on every episode! I've always felt that the 'trotting' theme is specifically Mike's theme, since the first time we hear it is when he rescues the balloon--Spirit of the Blitz!
I'm just so happy to see Mike again! :D I was so sad when he didn't win his series because I wanted to see more of him in Champion of Champions - but look how it all turned out! :)
Alex Horne’s new book is called “A Complete Casserole” after one of Mike Wozniaks solo tasks. It shows just what an impact he had during his series of TM.
i can't believe this is what one of the 3 indistinguishable voices on Three Bean Salad looks like. Now whenever Mike talks all I'll imagine is that magnificent 'stache
When Mike started trotting I was immediately reminded of the Monty Python sketch with the flying lessons, where Graham Chapman immediately looks SO disgusted and yells "Wrong, wrong wrong!"
I imagine Rose's training is just her and Greg sitting in a theater balcony hurling insults at people like the 2 old guys from the Muppets.
“I’ve seen detergents that leave a better film than this!”
Statdler and Waldorf 😂
"Do you despite your assistant?" "I do" "You're passed"
I desperately want to see this. Especially if Ed Gamble is one of their heckle targets!
Ed gamble really should be the next taskmaster in my eyes, but as soon as I realised it was for kids I realised okay, he can't do that
When your weird friend has an even weirder friend who weirds your weird friend out.

Sort of disappointed that the 'Rosettes' weren't just tiny Ms. Matafeos.
Now that you mention it, I am the exact same level of disappointed.

The tongue in cheek nature of this series has captivated me since the beginning!
I don't think a lot of these Alex segments make it on TV. They are online only.
its an advert chump
Is promo work, plenty shows do this type of stuff, esp sport
@@WilliamSlayer There is SO much BORING stuff out there!!! It's all the same! This dumb show has a soul!
Mike ended up looking like a very enthusiastic Labour party candidate.

The world is getting more Mike Wozniak content, and it is good.
Tick tock, it's Woz o'clock.
Mike is finally getting the recognition he deserves, you could say he is on a casse-role.
❤
The trotting music is part of Taskmaster's general soundtrack, yet it feels like it became Mike's theme song during his series.
To me it will always be Dara's airport synchronised walking.
Literally was going to comment this. It literally is Mike’s theme!
Now I want to see Paul Williams and Tom Cashman go through their training lmao

It's Junior Taskmaster, but let's be honest here. We're all going to watch this...
8 eps, TWENTY-FIVE kids, so the programme guide tells us...
Mike truly is the best pick for Junior Taskmaster. Cant wait to see it.
One of my favorite things Alex does is when a contestant tries to include him in their decisions or actions and he corrects them. "No, YOU decided".
I cant wait for this, if not just to get to see more Mike. Never knew who he was untill I saw task master, the guy is a ledgend!
He was funny in Man Down
„The tablet is not included in the fee“ Too real.
2:08 - "Your egg work must be perfect" ... but not stopping the timer immediately once a task has been completed, apparently!
The time was still under six seconds, so it's a moot point

Way to go Mike W! All those rosettes!!
Seemingly no unfortunate rosette accidents this time, after the incident with Alice Levine.
Im genuinely impressed by how good of a trailer this is
It's very on brand for the training to be shown out of order. And I was so hoping for the whistle bit.
I hope Mike’s ascendency to these dizzy heights doesn’t have a deleterious effect on his ability to perform lukewarm banter.

I would watch Alex and Mike doing stuff for days.
0:15 "Black is more usual." Counterpoint: Paul Williams.
I really thought he was going to have to pay for each rosette 😂😂
I almost expected Alex's sigh at the end to be followed by him actually saying "they grow up so fast" xP
i can't explain it, but my favorite taskmaster moment of all time is still "skin time", i think of it daily
