    Thank you! A bit late spotting this video. Love The Scientists. It was a great time for garage/surf/rocknroll from the Antipodes, although our US cousins The Cramps were head and shoulders above everyone else.

    Me and my pals saw these guys so often back in the day. Like my band, either behind the times or ahead... You never know when you're doing what you love, much less care...

    the tape you took it from.. did it have other stuff like the celibate rifles etc... i have an aussie comp with this and more...

      No it's taken from an obscure official released called "Live and independent at bay 63" with Stump, Larks, ghost Dance, June Brides etc. if you have this on a VHS tape which is mostly aussie bands, then it probably originated from me, bands on the tape might be Hoodoo gurus, Scientists, bamboos, New Christs, Radio Birdman and many more...

      I think the bassist was Robert Coyne from Silver Chapter.

      I saw them late ‘86 supporting JAMC and Kim was playing bass & they were down to a 3 piece.

      Loved the Surrealists in the 90's, was lucky enough to catch the reformed Scientists ~ GREAT Artist ~
