This might not be true for all, but it certainly was for me... and what a beautiful moment it was to realize this.
Life is difficult, and these times feel incredibly challenging. It's easy to let everything that happens externally, greatly influence us internally. It's easy to get bogged down in negativity, and fail to see the light at the end of the tunnel.
Pause all throughout the day, take several deep breaths, be in the present moment and place your focused attention on what fulfills you, one things that brings joy and beauty to your day. Then begin again from this foundation of love and confidence.

Sounds like a very isolated nationalist thing which will result in more separation.
Empowerment is not the same as nationalism.
You can take pride in or, at least, not feeling ashamed of your roots without isolating yourself from others.
