    I am an aspiring EM fellow. I have a question, people argue that EM gets boring and consultants find it tough to do shifts with the passage of time. What are your thoughts on this?

    • @EmergencyFocus
      @EmergencyFocus  3 года назад +3

      Yes, indeed there are various issues and people do find it challenging. But also these issues can be in other specialities too. If you find a good team to work with in ED, there is no better job

    Thank you for your video. In your opinion, what will you advise? Coming to Australia via competent authority pathway before doing EM Training in australia vs doing EM Training in Uk and then moving to Australia post CCT? Assuming one is just starting his career in the UK, which will be more preferable.

      If your hospital or the place you practice approves your maternity leave whilst keeping you employed, then it is considered a maternity leave. However, if you have quit your job due to maternity, it is then considered a clinical gap.

Instead of giving a generic guidance, successful outcomes depend on having a personalised session.
