Outstanding video. Looking forward to seeing your channel grow. A small tip that you may already know: Wear colours that contrast against your background to create more depth in the shot.
Very informative video Dr. I will go through your channel to see pathways to become a Dr in Australia...but if you have it handy that would be great if you can share. I am asking this for my son.

Very informative vlog and touched all areas grossly. I am an aspiring EM fellow. I have a question, people argue that EM gets boring and consultants find it tough to do shifts with the passage of time. What are your thoughts on this?
Yes, indeed there are various issues and people do find it challenging. But also these issues can be in other specialities too. If you find a good team to work with in ED, there is no better job
Thanks for your response. Yeah, you are right. What would you recommend to someone who is equally passionate about EM and Intensive Care? Thanks in anticipation.
Hi sir I finished mbbs in 2022. Now working in ED CMC vellore as SHO. Was planning to write MRCEM. But it would be helpful if I get an idea on how get a higher degree in Australia What is the process
Sir what specifically is your question, already covered Emergency Medicine fellowship exams in this video .. Further info: acem.org.au/Content-Sources/Certificate-and-Diploma-Programs
Thank you for your video. In your opinion, what will you advise? Coming to Australia via competent authority pathway before doing EM Training in australia vs doing EM Training in Uk and then moving to Australia post CCT? Assuming one is just starting his career in the UK, which will be more preferable.
If your hospital or the place you practice approves your maternity leave whilst keeping you employed, then it is considered a maternity leave. However, if you have quit your job due to maternity, it is then considered a clinical gap.
Very helpful video. I also saw your interview with Dr. Adnan and it was really very Informative. May I please ask you one question. Is FRCEM (CESR pathway and not CCT) valid to work in Australia? If not can we apply for Registrar post after MRCEM and a year of experience in UK? Thanking you in anticipation.
Hello sir. I am currently working in India. I have more than 7years of experience after doing Diploma in emergency medicine. I also have completed MRCEM and AMC MCQ and IELTS of 8. I would like to work in Australia. Can you please guide me further? Thank you
Thank you for your video. I wanted to ask you, as a PGY1 in EMP, which provides Arab Board Certificate at the end of the training, do I have to start training in Australia from the start? and if not what examinations do I need to prepare for.

Do ER Doctors who work on public holidays /night shift on weekends often get paid more? 30 days annual leave is that common? Are 12hr shifts common for ER Drs?
Are all specialities paid equally in australia or are there specialities which make a significantly higher salary? I do understand cardiology and private practice gets you more money. Is the pay according to the position for all specialities or does it vary is my question, would be very kind of you to answer. Much thanks

You have an excellent scope of working in ED here in Australia. I have recently helped 2 doctors from India secure jobs here in Sydney and Melbourne. Instead of giving a generic guidance, successful outcomes depend on having a personalised session. I can book you in for appointment to discuss your pathway for a job and further training choosing a best possible route for you. Please email your CV to take it further : info@emergencyfocus.net
What should I do to get a internal medicine residency training program after getting general registration and how much time it takes to get permanent residency (pr) after getting general registration?
Sir, What level of skills are expected from an IMG to have before starting RMO ED job ? Does he have a chance to learn there any missed skills ? Or he should be coming totally ready ?? Thank you
Most residents are expected to have at least done BLS + ACLS or APLS course but rest of the procedural and resuscitation skills are taught at job whilst working
