C'mon people, give Mike a break. We all have to earn a living, and you can tell he has a real passion for these bikes. I found the video very interesting and entertaining. I'd love an opportunity to do something like this. I got an invite once from Google for an all expense paid trip to Cali but didn't except it. I'm not a good live public speaker, lol. and It involved some stage time.
Cool that this is not just another all-china or Vietnam bike. Are there any supply chain policies from which you can go for sure that no child/slave labour is involved? And congrats to be one of the big bike guys on YT
This was a pretty awesome video I enjoyed this alot and don't feel bad i woukd of gotten lost too lol and that's an awesome bike but its not cheap in fact none of their stuff isn't cheap at all it's crazy how they are over a thousand bucks. Anyways thanks for sharing and looks like u had a blast keep up the great work much love to ya mike honey good one twke care god bless and I will see ya on the next one brother
Mike they got you with the flight and accommodations, certainly not bias, really? They zip you out to a place where the riding conditions are guaranteed excellent, then they bunch you up with the top players in the game as they herd you around to do their pretty people's song and dance routine, just for you, along with all the techie industry jargon, very little that you can really use for your review but they make you feel special getting the insider scoop. The entire event has been designed to do a massive influencer blitz all at a single swipe and every nickel they threw away wining and dining the group will come back to Lectrick wrapped in a sawbuck. The better video probably would have been the junket itself, the flight, ground transport, accommodations and the reveal event with the speakers, then the test and review, I know it would have made the video much longer but it would have also given a full perspective towards your review.
I don’t get why people get so offended by reviewers being invited by press events. In the end is up to THEM (the channels) to be objective regardless of the manufacturers intentions. I bet nobody here thinks that their time and efforts are worth nothing…right? Mike can still attend, create content and be objective. Worst case the manufacturer stops inviting him because they didn’t like what he said him and thats the end of that… In the end, thats what you are asking when you scream to all these youtubers to avoid press events…these channels don’t run on charity or just your single plain view…they need content, traffic and engagement!
They didn't invite me again! I have sold at least 50 bikes for them. I'm known as the old man on the e bike here in Houston. But I don't whine like that David brand new. 😂
Another paid promotion. Mark my words, it'll be the downfall of RUclips and eventually people just avoid this repetitive commercial BS. Sorry Mike....I know all that money is tempting, but it completely ruins your channel.
Whats the issue here? Mike is a reviewer…companies invite reviewers to their unveiling events. Is up to Mike to decide if he’s objective or not, simple as that. I dont get why people get so offended by this…is like channels need to survive out of charity and just good vibes. If a review like this increases traffic, then so be it. I wonder how much YOU guys time cost…cause i only wish everyone claimed your time for free just so that have a taste of what is like lol

Mike, I'm living in Phoenix now. You should arrange meet ups when you travel. Would love to say hello.
