I got a chance to meet Alex here and I really loved the live and haven't seen this uploaded anywhere so I thought id share!

It's actually quite common for people getting stressed to get sleepy, it is an automatic coping strategy, it's happened to me occasionally, I don't automatically just go to sleep but I have found myself getting tired after a stressful situation so it's not abnormal.

This was during COVID obviously but zoom calls are always awkward, everyone's face is right there so it gets awkward if they don't respond. I guess they didn't want to appear vain but someone could've said thankyou.

I have heard of Alex's selection of her favorite shows, the Partridge and Top Cat were also a couple of my favorite to watch. Alex and I were born in the same year : 1963 and I was born two months before her. She is such an amazing talent and person .
I was born in 1980 but I watched top cat as a kid too, as well as that blue dog and the pink cat who used to always say exit stage left. Hanna Barbara cartoons were still being repeated in the 80s but these guys were growing up in the 90s so they probably missed all that.
Arthur would have made a great doctor he went from clumsy to fantastic
Arthur Darvill plays Rip Hunter in Season one of DC's Legends of Tomorrow. I didn't care for more than S1 because his character left after that.

The fact that she thinks she's getting picked up by Eleven but gets picked up by Jack Harkness instead because her message got sent to the Doctor's emergency helpline is hysterical. It's your own fault you're not in it, Eleven - you sent her to voicemail! But then the ever so short mental link cameo with Thirteen right at the climax is rather sweet. Alex really said, "If you're not putting me in an episode with Jodi, then I'm making it happen myself." And then I love that she still gets to see Amy and Rory. The TARDIS may not be able to get back to New York, but her vortex manipulator certainly can. Good thing too since she doesn't get a lot of time with her parents as she gets older.
As nice as it would be for River to meet Doctors past 12 in the show, and it would be nice, it kind of undermines the beautiful tragedy of Silence in the Library.

They call Tom Baker the golden age of old who, for me this team here was the golden or peak age of new who (including Karen Gillan, shame she wasn't there) and after these guys left it slowly began sliding downhill again until the dross we are now getting with the second Davies era which will effectively destroy the show.
