avg rent in her neighborhood for a 2 bed is $5000, just in case anyone is wondering. in nyc it is customary to ask "what's the rent" when you enter someone's home.
What area is this? Curious, I just love that view

I wonder if this is actually able to pass as a 2 bedroom? In most states, a bedroom can only be called and sold as a bedroom if it has windows.
It could or could not depending on the building management and/or the broker who sold or rented the unit. In NYC, they can label however they want to sell/rent it. If they can fit two beds, it's usually a two bedroom haha.
My two bed two bath Manhattan apartment was legit ~5500 a month and it was small too. I miss Manhattan though now that I'm in Seattle.
How is no one talking about the fact that she lives in the building where the Humphrey family lives in the show GossipGirl!!!

Love how I've watched your growth. The quality, artistry, eloquence, and organization of your videos is constantly improving. You're an inspiration girl. I hope I can build a life for myself the way I have seen you do for yourself.
Taylor Blackwell Products like Summer's Eve are actually not good for your vagina since it's a self-cleaning organ and using products on it can upset the pH balance and good bacteria! The best way to care for your vagina is to wash it every day with warm water.
Elizabeth King it's for the outside. regular soap can change your PH levels and can cause infections. My doctor flat out told me to start using it because I get infections almost every other month. now that I use it those don't happen as much.
Elizabeth King Well, I guess if we're being technical. This is soap for your vulva. And compared to body wash (which many women scrub their vulvas with), it is better for you. Warm water doesn't do much for someone who lives in a hot area or struggles with smell. If I wear yoga pans without using Summer's Eve, that shit is NOT fresh. Lol.

She's from and still does live in LA. She was spending a year in NYC to figure out her life. She was going back and forth.

I never understand how people's homes can be so clean and minimalist - I'm so used to the "messy, lived in" look with stuff spilling out everywhere - not in a gross way, obvi, but yeah. I would feel uncomfortable in that apartment that I would dirty something, haha
Jackie I prefer a super personal lived in space. my apartment isn't full of junk but it's pretty full and I feel at home here. I wouldn't feel at home in such an open space like that. it's pretty but I need shoes by the door and pictures on the fridge lol
Jackie I'm not a minimalist but people tend to call my home "the pintrest house" because it does look extremely nice and organized and they say the same things you did lol.
However, I am assuming that maybe she generally has it in a "lived in state" then cleans before guests come over and before she filmed. That's what I would do, because even though you have it all organized and clean like this, it isn't easy to maintain if you work or have pets. Hope this helped :)

I'm only 15 and I've always wanted to visit New York, and when I'm there I will probably fall in love with the city just like you did Ingrid. Heyyitscdog Many of them who don't use them are in high rises, where you can't possibly see inside the apartment. It's not like regular houses that are right next to each other.
It's so weird! I always think it's strange when you see people on TV who have no or sheer curtains. How does anyone get any sleep? Wouldn't there be lights from outside at night and sun so early!
I only have sheers and I'm on a ground level...mostly its never bothered me that much.

Something that has nothing to do with the apartment: I love your voice! It's so sweet and calm! And I'm not the only one who thinks that. Today I was watching this video and my cat came in and laid next to the ipad and just shut his eyes like he was meditating, so sweet! His ears were moving but he was calm and enjoying your voice! :)

Could u make a video about how you take care of your vagina, whether it's washing it and grooming it, or how ur routine changes during ur period? I feel like many women don't really address this since vaginas tend to be a little bit of a taboo subject, but u seem so open to talking about it, I would love to see how another woman takes care of herself!
hArRyPoTtErLoVeR70 ask your doctor honestly. Each woman's body is different. I use PH balance summers eve as directed by my doctor because of infections, but some people don't need it.
But medical advice isn't meant to be given over the internet. Your doc would know best as they know your body.

eli hauser West Elm furniture is expensive, but the upholstered furniture tends to be very bad quailty:( I saved up for a long time to buy the same sofa she has and it started falling apart right away. You can even see in this video that she has a button popped off her sofa. Just because things are expensive does not mean they are good quality lol.

Same! I'm Irish-American (parents from Ireland) and find it strange that some Americans confuse tea kettles and tea pots, as well as heat their kettles on the stove.

Polly Hall usually tea kettles are heated on the stove where as teapots you boil the water (often in an electric kettle) then put it in the teapot with the tea to brew.
