Because it has always been, Cobra Monkey is the best tower in BTD Battles 1 and Jericho being a hero makes the game more fair rather than just a normal tower
To be fair, I've been doing the "Trojan MOAB" strat for a very long time. where I send a Big bloon for distraction while I fire some game-ending sends. Like ZOMG to chew away their defenses then DDT to sneak past. or ZOMG to Chew through spike storms then x40 regen Cerams to chip away the spikes.

technically sending modded bloons when the naturals dont is ABE. This is why Ezili is good. and Ezili could be a good counter to Jericho's Covert bloons. Ezili does have built-in Camo.
The fact that you can forcibly sell one of your opponent's towers is super busted. I'm not sure how it picks which tower to sell, it might be random, or it picks the tower that'll sell for just enough to cover the debt, but it's still really impressive.
The entire gimmick of a COBRA agent is sabotaging your opponent. you can't really sabotage anyone in BTD6. If Bloon sabotage is what you're after, there's Benjamin, Ezili and ninjas.
The entire deal about COBRA Agent Jericho is he can sabotage the opponent. his first ability upgrades random natural bloon on the opponent. his 2nd ability steals money from the opponent. his 3rd ability sends a fake MOAB at the enemy. Not sure how that will work out if there is no opponent to sabotage. you want Bloon sabotage? Benjamin, Ezili and middle path ninjas fill that role well.
