I’m a very beginner. When I searched for piano lessons for beginners, RUclips suggested your lesson 1 video. I watched yours and then went to see others videos too which were listed below. After few videos I came back to you. Truely speaking, the small small things you taught in your first lesson, nobody taught that. And I realised that you are the most honest and the best teacher. Thankyou so much teacher! Much love!

I’ve always wanted to learn to play piano. My mother and my great grandfather told me that I have piano fingers and since COVID 19 hit there is nothing to do so I decided to go online and get a keyboard. I’m extremely excited in fact it’s coming in sometime today so I’ve been prepping myself so that I’m not a total idiot when I sit down and try to play 😹
I can tell you by far this is the best series of lessons I’ve come across. Starts off slow and works up to bigger things which I find is a very good teaching method especially for a beginner. Hoping it helps everyone else as it has me.

If I may observe what makes you good, is the tone of your voice and the pace you work calms the listener down. If the tone is too high and too fast, which happens a lot with these online lessons, it only tenses up the listener and thus their focus isn't on the lesson nearly as well. Great Job. Personality is everything when selling your skills.

So when I played around with just the basic chords I didn't really know what I was doing or have names for it. Thanks for explaining so much in the first two videos. I look forward to the other clips. Why don't all music teachers teach chords first?? Maybe they do now........but that is not the way I learned a zillion years ago.

I just realized that my piano doesn’t have the best timbre thats why it doesn’t sound as good. I bought it cheap so... wasn’t expecting it either. Btw, I’m wondering why sometimes people play the C,F,A,G chords in a different order. Ex: instead of G,C,E they play like C,E,G or smth.

I think you should not try the same keys then like c instead try with c for the thumb and e for the pinky

Thank you so much ! i was copying few songs from youtube and play it by memorizing it . now the first 2 lessons i learnt from your channel can be considered the beginning of being on the right track of real learning . I dont wanna move to lesson 3 till i am pretty sure of these first 4 chords.
