Stewards Findings: Marcel Kiefer Dylan Warren (L30 & 32-33) Decision: Dylan Warren is awarded 7 license points, will be excluded from Round 9 and will have to serve a Qualifying Ban on their return. (Pts on license: 7) Reason: L30 T3 - Dangerous driving. Dylan Warren erratically moved under braking. Although they were clearly ahead of Marcel Kiefer in the braking zone, this doesn't mean they are allowed to suddenly change line through the braking phase and force another drive in doing so. L32 - Highly unsportsmanlike behaviour and driving unnecessarily slowly. Dylan Warren purposely blocked Marcel Kiefer by driving at a significantly slowed pace. Dylan Warren stated that it was to prevent the car behind Marcel Kiefer from scoring the fastest lap. However, it appears this car was on an outlap. It is therefore clear to us that Dylan Warren's intention were purely to hinder Marcel Kiefer. L33 T2 - Dangerous driving. Through Turn 2, Dylan Warren were in the tow of Marcel Kiefer whilst being overtaken by another car, meaning they were boxed in. Instead of backing off as they should have done, Dylan Warren left the track and attempted to overtake Marcel Kiefer despite being off track limits. They then tried to rejoin the circuit while there was no space, leading to yet another collision. While this contact didn't affect Marcel Kiefer. Such reckless driving is unacceptable. L33 T4 - Causing a collision. Dylan Warren dived down the inside of Marcel Kiefer into Turn 4 but carried an excess of speed into the corner which resulted in another collision. While Marcel Kiefer wasn't affected, this was another significant mistake from Dylan Warren that deserve punishment. Note: Any further instance of careless driving from Dylan Warren will result in a exclusion from the league.
Jesus man, the eSports league racing standard has gone down so quickly, and Marcel is kinda right too, because the leagues (specially PSGL) just let these things happen consistently without real punishment for so long.
