Ruinous effigy with energy literally can clear entire rooms no problem and I use it for casual deletion. In overrides I literally one tap champions and I don't even have the best setup for it. If I had the mods I'd be a room clearing and a support.
Breach and clear is not one of them… it’s the strongest. Allows teams to not have a divinity, reloads your weapons, and you can apply with things like anarchy. Nutty dps. I like to slide in 2ish more must have. Empty vessel with spike grenade, auto loading ( with sav doesn’t have) and vorpal is pretty solid and it rolls with blinding as well, tho the perk pool is so big it might take forever for you to get what you want. Just keep your truthtellers and savs and check your perks when you get EV to drop during strikes, buuuuut Ignition code is probably my choice for best weapon this season no cap. It’s the only kinetic grenade launcher, and comes with spike, slideshot, vorpal, for a dps roll, and blinding grenades, slideshot and danger zone for utility. Fixes a unique niche, a beast of a weapon, and easy to farm and a small perk pool.
One roll I love is vision of provenance with wellspring and frenzy. Frenzy handles all the stats you need, and gives a damage buff to help you proc well spring.
i think empty vessel is better than salvagers salvo, it rolls with pretty much all the same perks, can get max velocity, and it creates warmind cells constantly with wrath of rasputin.

Deafening Whisper is absolutely cracked with Warminds Decree. Great special to run with Fatebringer. I use it (ambitious assassin/wellspring) with Contraverse Holds and I have become a warmind cell FACTORY! You can even throw in Deathbringer to up the count.

Completing the quest for the Witherhoard catalyst as a returning player is painful -.- I'm at 165/300 filthy lucre, and I only get one per NF.
It’s a grind, but once it’s complete, it’s totally worth it. Hope you get it soon, man.
Forgot the hung jury adept. A hung jury with subsistence and explosive payload or firefly make it top tier with the splicer barrier mods.
I love my surplus firefly vision it feels perfect and is amazing for ad cleer

It is a world drop. Focusing your umbrals to world drop weapons will help you farm it some. But any vendor or legendary engram can drop it.
If you could dual wield exotics, you could run wither hoard and anarchy and easily solo raid any content on any class with nothing else 👍
