Really impressive beats my friend, glad i found this channel 😁 im currently getting my sounds from serum, while its an awesome plugin, the presets i have are limited to house/edm tunes, any free plugin recommendations or even places to find serum presets for different genres? Thanks I appreciate that... Serum is awesome but really only lives up to its full potential if you learn to create sounds in it. A very similar free vst to serum is called vital. As far as other free vsts I really like the spitfire audio stuff, labs by them is amazing and so is the BBC symphonic orchestra and piano. I fully recommended checking out the Dixon beats channel to as he has weekly videos with all the sauce on vsts from the best free ones to deals and new releases you can find his channel here youtube.com/@DixonBeats?si=z7gexip2nPGdnLLA
Thanks very much man, really useful info for me, currently learning nuvole bianche by einaudi so a nice piano vat would be lovely, abletons stock grand piano is average at best 😂 always looking for new sources of vsts and presets 😂, incase you are unaware, cymatics are doing some nice free hip-hop/trap sample packs, also a couple free plugins, one called dejavu which is basically a free half time effect, it's nice to use as an intro and automate the dry wet from 100 to 0 so it fades into full time for when the beat drops. Just thought you may like to know, but you look like you got all the plugins you need at the moment. Love your channel mate I really do, keep them videos coming and this channel is gonna blow up 💯
@@CanavanOfficial yeah dejavu is really nice... Very similar to half time..... There original plugin is pretty nice to.....a few other free effects plugins that I like are wider from polyverse .... And the saturation knob from softube.
Just to add to that further if you don't have suite (needed to use max for live devices) you can edit the velocities on the left with the randomise button in the midi clip....I like sculpter though because it gives visual feedback as your moving it, and it's great for start times and strum
