Just got done watching Jonathan’s video on multivitamins then you mention them as an aside from protein. Y’all are teaming up to provide that performance wisdom!

Helpful comparison! I definitely prefer Fairlife flavor/texture over MM as well. Fairlife have a 42g protein version too, have you tried that? Tastes good to me.
@@twistedbarbell3950 I actually think 25-30 grams at at time are best with more servings in a day to get to the goal, since the body can only absorb protein at a certain rate.
@@markhalstead2386Thanks Mark and I agree. I aim for 2-3/day because I'm getting the rest through my solid meals for the day. How man do you typically go through in a day?
@@twistedbarbell3950 Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner and then other protein two to three times a day from protein powder, tuna, cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, etc.
it has chunks of cookie in it (which is ridiculous but im not complaining), it's also nice on the packaging, it's the only protein jug I've bought that had a holder for the scooper in the lid@@twistedbarbell3950
lol! Yeah, lots of research shows our bods can’t make use of that much protein in a single sitting. Split it in two for 2 different meals and you can make that work!
I know the Premier has a lot of vitamins and minerals too. But I agree, Fairlife tastes the best. Sometimes, I buy the strawberry flavor premier and throw it in the blender with, almond milk, blueberries, Greek yogurt, and a serving of almond butter as a quick breakfast.

Yes sir
Fair life nutrition plan protein is my favorite.
Definitely the popular choice. Especially evident by the constant lack of supply at Costco! 😁

😂Great minds think alike. Thanks Phil!

Thanks Tahsan!
Fairlife all the way!
You know it!
Interesting that Slate has the lowest calories but the most sugar, if I was on a diet, I'd focus on the lower sugar over the lower calories.
Actually, Fairlife has the most with 2g of sugar, but perhaps you meant carbs (of which Slate had the most @ 15g and 1g of sugar)?
Good catch, I did mean carbs@@twistedbarbell3950
Fun fact there’s no milk in muscle milk.

Fairlife have a 42g protein version too, have you tried that? Tastes good to me.
Thanks. Yes, when I’m out and about, I can only find the 42g version in stores like Wawa. Great option too, but obviously more pricey.

@@markhalstead2386 Good stuff Mark!
Also folks beware premier protein was sued a while back because when they tested them they only had 22-24g of protein in them but advertised 30g
Good to know and thanks for sharing Carp!
What is your preferred Protein supplement? Åny of these options?
the ghost chips ahoy is probably not the healthiest but good lord it tastes good
😂haven’t tried that one yet

You got me worried about my 1lb steaks. Am I only getting 1/2 of their glorious 100g of protein?
lol! Yeah, lots of research shows our bods can’t make use of that much protein in a single sitting. Split it in two for 2 different meals and you can make that work!
Fairlife tastes great to me. I like the premiere protein coffee and chocolate flavor. Vanilla is meh.
Fair enoughCarter! Fairlife is always my 1st choice too and the only reason I ever get any others, is due to no stock at the time.

@@TheCarterHomeGym That sounds great!
