Thank you for straightforward, clear, and undiluted answers to the questions. Your reference to improving existing State Health systems is excellent. The format for its operation in the past is an excellent one - It only needs to be well managed. This will cost 1)good management and 2) good salaries, but definitely not anything close to the numbers you mentioned, I'm sure. Thanks again, and keep up the good work!
