Martin Zemánek, you’re welcome! However, I would highly advise against ever buying LaCroix, because the carbonation erodes your enamel, especially if you drink it as regularly as Sam does (6 cans a DAY). It also makes you feel hungrier In his 8 Things vid, he recommends Quest Bars as a replacement for unhealthy snacks. Well, Quest Bars are unhealthy too, because it’s a processed food product containing artificial sweeteners.
Made 16-17k in the span of a few months by applying the basic principles in Sam's videos. These lectures are worth a minimum of a couple k each and they're out there for free. Just wanna say thanks Sam.
This is the stuff that makes you a lot of money and allows you to have impact. It’s not sexy but it’s a truth. Being productive, eliminating distractions, streamlining your day. Thanks Sam !! I wish I found out about you sooner. What you preach is nothing short of life changing.
Sam is totally my kind of person in terms of how this thinking resonates with me. I really thought that I'm weird but I hate so many people who waste my time, people who are extremely distracted and inefficient and want to pull me in their nonsense. I'm extremely far from being super-productive but ultimately that's my goal, for sure. Thanks for the video, very eye-opening.
Been working hard on my daily routine trying to balance fitness, songwriting, and growing my small business. My biggest challenge is probably my bedtime, because my business schedule changes daily depending on my office appointment calendar, and I seem to be most creative for music in the late night, so then I stay up too late, have an irregular bedtime, and wake up either groggy or late the next day to start again. On the other hand, I've been really consistent with some key routines for the past few months, and it feels great. I have a good stretch, workout and 2.5 mile run first thing after getting up, then focus on studying songwriting and lyrics, then catch up on business including emails and my current project for expansion. After that I usually have my appointments at my office starting in the early afternoon (which includes a commute, but that's a chance to enjoy riding my motorcycle). I get back home around 9:45 pm, make dinner, then use my remaining time before sleep for songwriting - although I commonly get distracted and waste a lot of time at this point, while still being a little productive. Some of my best songs have been written while blending focused work with distraction (like a movie in the background, stretches of gaming to interrupt the songwriting, etc). If I get into a creative flow on music, I'll sometimes stay awake until 3 AM or later. So you can see how this creates problems for the next day. I'm still trying to optimize, but I'm doing better than I was this time last year...
Remote God Do you think song writing requires focused attention during the concept of an initial new idea ? or is only emotional though required at this stage , which requires less effort.

BEST MOMENT OF THE VIDEO: Updated 2024 >> When Alex Becker was a G and was the 1st person to say something that Sam resonated with + thought, " Oh yeah yeah yeah we should do that in our business!" Great stuff guys!!
This is great Sam, I am adapting all of these habits into my life. I like the 'get used to completing things' part its very true. We can't multi task such as eating while working, thats bullshit. Do one thing and finish it. Eat and focus on eating. Then work and focus on work.
He gets it. You don’t have to be a robot like Sam but listen to what he is saying. Then listen again to understand. Multitasking is a myth. Promote on social media, don’t use social media. Regulate your internal clock. Have a miracle morning where you start your routine. Key to getting up on time is going to bed on time. Don’t react to things. Create rules and procedures around when and what you do each. Plan tomorrow today. Regulate your insulin and hormone levels through diet. This is all great proven stuff. I’m glad I watched this. I saw your video only for couple minutes, but I have a feeling all this is growing over your head. This can not be long term sustainable, making more money is not the most important, enjoy the life a little more! It is very interesting to me to observe this kind of lifestyle and how far it can go. Very valuable lessons, but I can't help to almost see him a bit as a robot. Not only because of his schedule, but also the way he looks/stands. Maybe it's just insane focus, but somehow it seems overly mechanical in a way. Does he have fun? Edit: just realized that my comment is more a projection of the concerns I have about my own life. Because I actually do most of the things Sam does too, and I’m always thinking in terms of what can save time and how can I work more efficiently. Well this was a good talk with myself 😂
It honestly sounds like a horrible life to me. Optimize optimize optimize work work work work repeat. There's gotta be a middle ground to allow time for friends, family, nature, music and fun while still creating a moderately successful business. I'd happily settle for $200,000-300,000 a year (probably even less) if it allowed for a more balanced life. I guess this level of entrepreneurship really isn't for everyone.
JohanRickardt_yt perhaps one of the biggest things I’ve learnt about entrepreneurship is that there are many ways to make it and all can be right if executed well. But each way has constraints, some are tighter than others and require previous experiences (eg, good in sales etc) or personality traits to make it happen. There are only a few golden rules. Sam’s system//ideology seems to be one of stacking the deck to work in your favour and of all methodology’s I’ve seen so far I’d say it’s the most practical but there’s still loads of utility in Gary’s teachings >if done right

thank you for this content this is great. I've been trying to optimize my time as much as i can so i can have as much time as possible to run my company and reach my goals. taking care of my health has helped huge. now i have more energy etc to tend to my customers.
It's very hard to look fit with a build like that (his frame and bone structure) + I don't think he really focuses on the physique, just well being and cardio
You don‘t need to be lean to be healthy .. also chad said it alrdy his hips are bright and his shoulder width is bad compared to his hips .. thats what people mean with bad and good genetics.. he would be a shity bodybuilder 😂
Sam Owens is fire! 2 Things I would offer as a suggestion though: P90X3 is 30 minutes/day, done from home, fairly cheap to set up, and hits all aspects of fitness for a healthy, functional body. Every business person should do this to maximize results/hour. Headspace is an amazing meditation app. It's not a distraction with fluff like most apps. It has been immensely helpful to understand how to squeeze the most juice out of a meditation practice, and apply that same focus to your every day life in a way that is sustainable.
Sam says that using an app for meditation defeats the purpose of meditation, which is doing nothing. I'm open minded to trying Headspace but I'm inclined to agree with Sam.
Would like to know if Sam has tried intermittent fasting. I would bet it would get him more in shape and have more energy. I wish he would at least try it to see and give his feedback.
Brilliant Stuff... Can you answer this question for me... How can you stay focused and self disciplined on a bad day at work or when you don't feel like doing it or it loses a sense of meaning / purpose to you?
Thanks for spelling out exactly what to do Sam. I am going to try to adopt your routine for a while. hmu if you ever need someone to film your events for free. would love to help you distribute more content.
Sam Ovens is a trip. Killer content. Do you ever talk more about the ‘work’ ? Slides, videos of like self improvement? Any part of business a client needs?
Good perception. That's what I think and love it as it always reminds me of one of favorite movies; A Clockwork Orange (Adults only). You can slot Sam's intro anywhere in the movie and it would work. ruclips.net/video/HI-mDTdeKR8/видео.html Now back to this great content...
Sam The info is good But just looking at you it is clear the Gym and the Diet are not working You look ok But that is not an hour in the Gym everyday and good Diet body for a man your age
I don't get it, most of the time people were asking stupid questions... "What is in your smoothie?" "What happens if theres something you HAVE to do, can I break the routine then" LOL no hate here but these are all things you should be able to figure out by yourself or in the information thats repeated 10x over on RUclips.

Sam’s system//ideology seems to be one of stacking the deck to work in your favour and of all methodology’s I’ve seen so far I’d say it’s the most practical but there’s still loads of utility in Gary’s teachings >if done right
Gary V is an ADD maniac. Some truth in his teachings but he's the embodiment of chaos.
It's now January 2024 ...crazy how Alex Becker and Iman Ghadzi where part of all this.
Iman was in here?
Ahhh just saw him lol 😅
Watching all these videos again and taking notes.
Cent believe we get to be a fly on the wall for this conversation.
« One of the reason we like our parents is because they served us lots of Impressions - Sam » LOL
Your youtube content is absolutely phenomenal. It has, honestly, the most helpful ideas I've ever received. Also, do you not blink because it's inefficient? haha either way I admire your focus
The information in this video is invaluable even from the very first few minutes, Legend Sam thank you very much brother
14:24 - 14:26 dude i love that... seriously big respect on that! u have new big fan and follower. clear directions! smooth drive thru this mess of life.
again .... another gem.... :D ... 29:36 --- well how far is the toilet/// damn dude we are on same frequency... love ya'll..
3:13
20:47
24:39 train your brain for pain
31:18 do this and you can do anything
51:10
Thank you so much for sharing this info for free.
You are the best Sam!
thank you for this content
this is great. I've been trying to optimize my time as much as i can so i can have as much time as possible to run my company and reach my goals.
taking care of my health has helped huge. now i have more energy etc to tend to my customers.
Sam you been hitting the gym for an hour 6 days a week for how long now and you still got a powerful dad bod? Rhett needs to step up his game ^^
thats the power of sitting all day every day
It's very hard to look fit with a build like that (his frame and bone structure) + I don't think he really focuses on the physique, just well being and cardio
I reckon Rhett should get him on TRT for some easy wins in terms of body composition
You don‘t need to be lean to be healthy .. also chad said it alrdy his hips are bright and his shoulder width is bad compared to his hips .. thats what people mean with bad and good genetics.. he would be a shity bodybuilder 😂
Fuck he always looks like he's hight on meth.
56:41 IMAN GADZHI BEFORE THE FAME 💥
Sam Owens is fire! 2 Things I would offer as a suggestion though:
P90X3 is 30 minutes/day, done from home, fairly cheap to set up, and hits all aspects of fitness for a healthy, functional body.
No point in using a meditation app. That’s a huge crutch.
If the people in this video just avoided saying the word 'like' every 15 seconds, they'd literally be 10 % more productive.
This has been a very helpful mindset video - Thank you for sharing.
Would like to know if Sam has tried intermittent fasting. I would bet it would get him more in shape and have more energy. I wish he would at least try it to see and give his feedback.
Thanks Sam for all these videos
Sam's laugh lmao
HUGE value here, thanks for sharing!
1:03:13 that Mine Field on the RUclips home screen is what brought me to this life changing video!
I take a cold shower in the morning and also a warm shower in the evening. It does help you sleep better and faster.
More clothes to clean
One of my favorite videos of all time
Thank you !! just removed FB newsfeed and RUclips recommendations! life changing
Next episode: "I don't go to the toilet I let someone come to me" 😂 No but seriously I really liked this mastermind! Really good advice :)
Insane value as always Sam
Sam, thank you for this video! You are demonstrating just how serious you are about your company/passion of consulting!
"What does it look like" LMFAOOOOOOOOOOOOO
I LOL’d
Brilliant Stuff... Can you answer this question for me...
How can you stay focused and self disciplined on a bad day at work or when you don't feel like doing it or it loses a sense of meaning / purpose to you?
56:40 its Iman live on cam lol
Yeah crazy
His routine planned if you've got the money to hire folks that will do the errand for him. This is tight but I admire him.
Wow - incredible and advanced content.
This is gold. ✨
Rhett you good mate?
Iman Ghadzi at 56:40 is INSANE!
Thanks for spelling out exactly what to do Sam. I am going to try to adopt your routine for a while. hmu if you ever need someone to film your events for free. would love to help you distribute more content.
Loved this insider video! Mark my words I’ll be at this event one day!
Thank you so much. Learned a lot today!
Sam Ovens is a trip. Killer content. Do you ever talk more about the ‘work’ ? Slides, videos of like self improvement? Any part of business a client needs?
Yes, in his courses.
This video is gold.
56:57 iman ghadzi is crazy
1:15:27 alex becker lmao
ayee becker in the back
Great video, i just Wonder Why You dont look fit if You train and eat good everyday?
57:05 iman gadzhi
yeah I got that too and Alex becker was there too lol
The intro music is like a horror movie is about to start.. just my perception... xD
Good perception. That's what I think and love it as it always reminds me of one of favorite movies; A Clockwork Orange (Adults only). You can slot Sam's intro anywhere in the movie and it would work. ruclips.net/video/HI-mDTdeKR8/видео.html
Now back to this great content...
im trying to remember which movie i heard that in... lol its sick. i want to put it in my videos. hehe
What I learned: If the toilet is more than 50 yards away; build a closer toilet.
Other important points: build a routine/schedule and stick to it.
Sam The info is good But just looking at you it is clear the Gym and the Diet are not working
You look ok But that is not an hour in the Gym everyday and good Diet body for a man your age
I don't get it, most of the time people were asking stupid questions... "What is in your smoothie?" "What happens if theres something you HAVE to do, can I break the routine then" LOL no hate here but these are all things you should be able to figure out by yourself or in the information thats repeated 10x over on RUclips.
man because they paid 36k for the mastermind. so, they should ask about every single step lol
I mean they're making shit tons of money
.
1) change your environment
58:59 made me lol
Alex Becker, Iman Gadzhi, Jordan Platten all listening to the same guy.
And Dan Henry.
@@DamaniJones Forgot about Dan - true, it's just fascinating to me that all of these guys are listening to Sam.
indeed
jordan was there too ??
Love the no bullshit approach!
13:30 Sleep hygiene does not mean sleeping while you're clean Sam... It means having both a bedroom environment and daily routines that promote consistent, uninterrupted sleep.
I'd hazard a guess that Sam got that chin infection last year because he's constantly rubbing his chin as he thinks.
For first time...........:Sam Ovens, while listening to him, was hesitating, watching him. After thinking about a few possibilities, among many, I thought that maybe he was already rich and ... he felt the need to do something good for people(free, little genius) ........no matter! I will try to maintain my ingenuity for a few more years ... bye mr.bussinesmen
hope you be happy !
pd: i dont need be millionary.
The questions asked were just ridic. Most of them is just common sence. Guess they were asking for the sake of asking.
Most business decisions are common-sense.
LyonesseTech yeh definitely agree, hope that higher quality questions were asked off camera
That's so cool. Spotted Iman Ghadzhi there also ahaha. Great mentor he is. Tue 11:49am 16/03/2021
2:03 After this... yup Sam definitely a robot
