I struggle to not spin at the speed of light while trying to learn this 😂 I’ll definitely be looking into getting those leggings!
Looking forward to seeing you fly with us! 💜
I been looking for the name of this spin!! My shoulders hurt like no body's business when I tried it the first time so thanks for the tip at the end
Glad I could help! Enjoy this ballerina tutorial, feel free to tag us on your socials once you tried it again 💜
Love the different leg variations for the leg that’s not on the pole. Thank you.
Glad you love them! Love that part too whenever I am doing this move 💜 You are welcome 😊
Beautiful move and you executed it so flawlessly! I hope to get there someday! Also, just want to point out (for fairly newish polers like myself, and since this is labeled as beginner) that you may not have the flexibility/mobility to physically get into this move at first...So please don't force your body into it. It may take you awhile before you can develop the thoracic rotation and shoulder flexibility needed. :)
The labeling of tricks would really depend on one's flexibility. We appreciate your reminder and it would really be something worth noting for others who would be trying this out! Thank you so much.
Thank you for breaking this down. It was quite helpful. I enjoy the bunny ears.
I really love how you mentioned shoulder strengthening exercises at the end. It means so much to people! I got a shoulder impingement and I’ve been working toward healing it and understanding the biomechanics that go in to moves and making sure I have the necessary strength beforehand.
Thank you for sharing this and praying for your fast recovery. Hope you can give this tutorial a try once you recovered. 💜
I love this so much
You have to have incredible mobility in your shoulders to do it.
This video helped me nail this move!
Wow, so proud of you Makiah! Feel free to tag us in our socials once you did it again 💜
Ballerina IS NOT a begginer trick! It actually cause a lot of shoulder damage to newbies! Stop saying its a beginner move!
I'm a beginner and I felt so frustrated that I really couldn't do this figure
Then I saw different comments saying that it's not for a base level
So true, I am pre advanced now and I always struggled with the ballerina especially on my left side of the body I lack the shoulder mobility to perform that twist. It requires a lot of shoulder mobility!
@@noticemesenpai5593 its s move that require a lot of shoulder flexibility and strengt, also, begginers normally dont understand the push and pull tecnique for this (and many others) movement(s) so they compesated that allowing the body weight to hang from the shoulder articulation causing damage to the shoulder tissue, this movement causes A LOT of shoulder problems if do it incorrectly and shoulder injuries are the most common injuries in pole dancing bc people does not engaged the shoulders correctly.
@@annag.966 Not only shoulder mobility but also strenght and the understanding of the push and pull tecnique. Most people just let the body weight hang from the shoulder instead to engaged the shoulder, that cause the shoulder tissue ruptures and a lot of other problems, if you feel any pain doing this move, please, work on your flexibility and shoulder engage tecnique, shoulder injuries can really stop your pole journey.
Thank u ❤
very helpful and clear!
Glad it was helpful LittleTreeBlue! Please do subscribe and stay tuned for more. 💜
I finally got it thanks to you!! Thank you!
Yay, congrats! You are so welcome 💜
Absolutely beautiful & graceful!! I am a newbie at pole dancing and your exercise for shoulders is a plus. Thanks
Right? She's awesome! Glad this tutorial helped. Would love to see how you did 😍
How do you control the spin?? I keep going way to fast 😂
It’ looks so easy but wen I do it ik I’m not even doing it right
I can relate on you! She made it looks so easy, but keep practicing you'll get there soon 💜
Awesome!! With long pant? I can't
Yes you can! Hope you'll give it a try 💜
I love this love but I physically cannot do it
Thank you for the love. Don't give up trying, nothing is impossible 💜
What kind of pole do you have and would you recommend it?
Great question! We use Chrome poles in our studio. It has good grip and it is ideal for beginners. Good luck on your pole journey 💜
I can't even hold myself up in that position 😭
It does take certain level of flexibility to achieve moves like this one. For your safety, it's best to try it out with a pole instructor to guide you 🤗 Cheering for you Rayan!
Where did you get the leggings
Hello, Kristin. Angelina is wearing the Superfly Honey Sticky Fishnet Leggings. Feel free to check it out here: www.superflyhoney.com/products/sticky-fishnet-leggings 💜
Hii, is it normal for your hip to be sore and bruised? I dont know if I do it right but every time I do it my hips gets sore and purple like somebody punched it :/
Yes. It's normal for pole bruises. Please do pole conditioning exercises first before trying out pole tricks. This is to avoid pole injuiries.
There's many different ways
Yes, there is! It is about finding where you are more comfortable and help you unlocked this move easily 💜
I've been trying so hard to get this and can't hahahahaha
Keep trying and believing! Soon you will master it, we are cheering for you 💜
Everytime i try to attempt this it hurts my underarm handsprings
Hi! Thank you for checking this tutorial, I've been there too. I improved by sticking by waist more to the pole and my upper body more into the front of the pole. Flexibility exercises and doing warm-ups can help too. - Jham 💜
This move is killing my bottom wrist every time I do it 🙃 it’s giving me tendinitis I think. I must be doing something wrong
You're not doing anything wrong. You'll need to build grip and wrist strength, if possible. Any spin with a reverse grab is NOT BEGINNER. Train actual beginner spins and lifts and you'll see improvement towards ballerina spin
I tried this move before and ended up with huge bruises on the side of my knee T^T.....didn't fade for three weeks....
