omg i really cant thank you enough😭😩 ive followed sooooo many tutorials and none of them helped. this one finally helped me be able to do my first spin! im still having trouble with the variations but atleast i got the basic one down

Hey Lyla … I loved your tutorials. I am trying to get into ballerina but unable to. Are there any tricks I can follow?
Is it a stretching issue? It took me a while to get into ballerina because I wasn’t flexible enough yet! I recommend doing at least 10 min stretching before every pole session and focus on your hips, hamstrings and obliques. It won’t happen overnight but if you work on it consistently, you’ll get it :)
