    A2A2 raw mild from a nearby farm is helping me deal with fibromyalgia! I am so thankful for Coco the shy Jersey cow! It’s kind of nice seeing her every week.

    Oh I loved and needed this so much. The conversation and the verse both. My husband and I were both listening intently. We're going through the process of opening a small raw micro dairy (in NE WA actually) and everything you talked about was just so on topic with what we're dealing with (dairy bulls, A1 vs A2, best feed decisions for the cows) and the encouragement from the verse you shared really touched me. Thank you ladies ❤

    This is such a coincidence!! The CSA that i belong to just recently started advertising that their milk was A2A2. I emailed them and asked what that meant. She said it had to do with the genes and really didn't tell me much more about it. I have sheep, so its good to know their milk is A2 as well, if i ever need to start milking them!!😂 Thank you! Very informative ladies!

    Interesting show. I found that I like the flavor of cows milk but goat milk is less reactive for my gut. Less bloating less gas.
    This topic has me wondering if I've been this way because A1 is the prevalent option in stores and if I'd have a more "goat milk" response from A2.
    Appreciate the information.

    Most cows have A2 but there r 4 breeds that have A2 A2 but it also has to do with how many time it is pasteurized

    I always thought the health difference was more attributed to the alpha S1 and S2 casein protein difference rather than the A1 and A2 (and A3,etc.) beta casein protein difference. Any time I see info about health benefits, it will discuss either only the alphas or only the betas, never both. I do know goat and sheep milk have higher levels of both S2 and A2 than the average store bought cow's milk. Are we able to actually determine which proteins to attribute these health benefits to?
    I would love to learn more about this. My daughter has had an allergy to cow's milk. I am curious to learn what it is that is causing her reaction to then predict what else she will react to.

    I love the info you give and have watched your channel for a while! I love how you include a verse of the day! You are so blessed to have what you do. I have a pretty big backyard but where I live everyone is moving here so I now have lots of traffic on the road behind me! I am praying God moves us to a place we can have a small homestead! Or even a house with a yard the size of mine that I could actually have chickens and animals that would be wouldn't be scared of the traffic noise! I live in northwest id but now I'd love to move even more north! 😂 God bless you and thanks again for the info. Loved the video with ur dad too!!

    • @katiemillhorn7946
      @katiemillhorn7946 Год назад +6

      They are thrown around the same. A2A2 just means both mom & dad are A2. Technically it’s trademark infringement to say “A2 Milk”, so we added the additional A2.

    I tried a1 raw but it I did not feel good(bought fresh a1 raw milk and boiled only for 30 seconds and drank), for now I can not get a2 raw where I live, I will get a2 and a2 raw next month when I travel to my home town...I also tried a2 goat milk but I felt horrible and its smell is very bad, I will try a2 cow milk next month hope I feel better on it because I tried lactose free a1 low fat a1 but always got red rashes and bloating if I drink 200ml...but I do great on a1 kefir and a1 lactose free sour mik and hard cheese a1(anything fermented) so meaning fermentation changes a1 protein allergens!! but I crave for warm chocolate milk in the morning...will try a2 cow milk as last cape of good hope....
