Lucky enough its on the interior wrist near the thumb so it just looks like the bone bump there.

I am having surgery on Monday for this, but it's at the base of my middle finger on the palm side. My surgeon said he's going to put a tourniquet around my arm to stop the blood flow to the hand during the surgery so he can work in a bloodless environment. This is the part that freaks me out the most about the surgery. Is this really necessary? Are there risks involved in cutting off blood supply for that long? He said surgery should take around 20 minutes and I'll be under twilight anesthesia. I thought it would be a lot simpler honestly. The cyst doesn't hurt but I don't want it getting bigger or interfering with movement down the road. Can I request he not cut off blood flow because that part scares me.

Y si es más fácil para el porque esta operando arriba del tendón de hecho la lámina está unida al tendón y está pegada la bolsa al extirpar se lleva parte de la lámina

try eating ripe Pineapple - my Synovial Cyst reduced by half overnight
have had a Synovial Cyst on my wrist for about 10 years , it is escaped Synovial fluid from the joint - same as Baker's Knee
the one on my wrist disappeared a few months ago after spending the day moving heavy furniture - helping a house move
    - but it came back about two months later
the Synovial Cyst on my wrist is normally quite high and very hard - but today it is much flatter and softer
    - yesterday i ate a bit more Vitamin C than usual half an Orange some Lemon etc & a big chunk of very ripe Pineapple
the other thing i had yesterday that i don't normally eat was a small spoonful of Marmite in a Chilli con Carne
    i recently realised i have a B deficiency - fatigue , dizziness etc - so i need the extra B Vitamins
it could be the B Vitamins & Probiotics in the Marmite that helped reduce the cyst
B Vitamins can work wonders & help blood flow & Pineapples can help absorb protein and clear excess body protein
    - so maybe B & C Vitamins & ripe Pineapple is a way of reducing these Synovial Cysts - worth a try
should also add that Marmite is High in Zinc too , so it could be the Zinc & Vitamin C and B Vitamins combo that did it
plus i saw someone say their cyst disappeared after drinking Alma Indian Gooseberry Juice with Water
an Alma Gooseberry is Very High in Vitamin C - apparently 20 times higher Vitamin C than an Orange

For those who have a bump on the back of the wrist, you may try the table edge method. First close the hand into a tight fist, bend the wrist to bulge the bump out, and quickly hit the bump against the table's edge several times until the bump is flatten or is no longer there. It is like doing kung-fu against the table's edge, but do not do it too hard. Good luck and I hope it will work for you.

Surgery and the stitches and cast etc that follow is overkill. I had the cyst for 10 years. Started lancing and draining it when necessary. Then, one day I firmly pinched the skin and tissue over it and pulled until I felt the sack come free. It was painless. Obviously I do not recommend this to anyone.

The doctor said that if the cyst is back he would completely remove it. I do not know if there is any method other than surgery. my cyst is painless so I would not mind going for surgery to completely have it removed.

@@arlethacosta3574 Just for a minute like you would expect if someone hit you with a book. But no not bad. I felt so relieved that it was gone it literally goes away almost instantly. It's almost like a gel or something in there and when you hit it it breaks the sac and goes back to where it came from. Mine i had for months and it always was slightly irritating like a mild sprained wrist. Some people don't believe it works but i can truly say it did for me. I had to do it a couple times because i didn't hit it hard enough at first i kind of was being a wuss about it. And then i said alright im just gonna go for it and really smacked it hard. And it was gone and the pain and bump from the cyst was gone instantly.

    • @AchillesWrath1
      @AchillesWrath1 5 лет назад

I also want to mention that i had a ganglion cyst on my other wrist years before this when i was in high school. I didn't know about the bible method back then or probably didn't believe it either, i don't remember. But anyway i had that one surgically removed and i had to wear a brace for months. The recovery process was definitely not worth it. I had to wear that stupid brace 24/7 and then slowly rehabilitate my wrist. You lose a lot of strength and have to regain it over time. If i ever get another one im gonna smack it again. I know what causes them too it's because of a sprain or slight tear in tendons of your wrist. My first one i got when i was playing football and landed on my wrist and i guess it just didn't heal right. I had that cyst for about a year before i had it removed.

    • @AchillesWrath1

@Kokichi_X -A- Is it on the top of your wrist? Is it kind of sore when you push on it? That's how mine was. Im not a doctor so what you want at your own risk. For me i knew exactly what it was because i'd had one before.

I hit mine and it went away. Felt like a normal wrist within minutes. The soreness completely went away that always felt like a sprained wrist. I will do the same thing again if it ever comes back. Screw that surgery shit. I had that done on my other wrist when i was a teenager. I had to wear a wrist brace and do physical therapy for 2 months to get my strength back. And i have a scar there now.
