You need to ask if you can trust you life to it, and why would you buy JUNK??? You didn't even get to a drop test, since it was already unusable. But instead of saying don't but it, you guys actually have the nerve to recommend the purchase even though you knew it was crap?
Initially I was gonna say no one should ever buy it but some people can afford anything, I’ve seen folks at public range with no sights what so ever. The sight did hold up to 556 and give me quick target acquisition. It’s better than nothing is all I said. If you buy it after watching this you know how far it will get you. Save up and find and alternative.
@Rightsrestored556 I suggest saving up to get a sighting system of some kind. You will generally see people who are without they are new to guns. Purchasing a 23 dollar super cheaply made RDS from China is asking for trouble, as you can see from this footage. To be honest, the intended market is airsoft or airguns. Why would a reviewer even consider a 23 dollars sight, and then ask if you would bet your life on it? It entirely makes no sense to even offer the review, showing that it's poorly made, and then recommend it as a buy. If they have purchased an AR and didn't get sight of some kind, maybe we need to also start looking sideways at gun dealers that don't tell the people purchasing that they need sights? These reviewers could have easily gave the sight a thumb down and suggested that people look at better solutions if they want something that is reliable enough to bet their lives on.
