When he lived 7 hours away I went years without visiting because I had to get my own hotel in Napa in order to avoid the cats.

I think some people would say that 2004 would be worse. There was a deadly flu outbreak and the Sunda Trench tsunami to worry about. But for worldwide impact, this is probably the worst so far

I had a decent year! I made it to 3 new parks I've never been to..(Lake Compounce, Knobels and Waldameer.) Went to Cedar Point and Family Kingdom as well! Had to make the best of it! Happy New Year!

2020 was a weird year for me. It started off with a bang, with me riding a Chinese wild mouse in Tanzania. The summer I had planned would have been the best one yet, with my first visit to Cedar Point and Kings Island. Little did I know that only one month later, these plans would drastically change. I ended up spending half a year in Texas. I have been to Pleasure Pier and Kemah boardwalk almost a decade ago, but I have to agree with you that Boardwalk Bullet is such a good coaster. It suprised me too! I also rode Switchback at ZDTs many times, then went to Fiesta Texas and Sea World. I had an amazing time at Six Flags. How were you able to marathon wonder woman? I was only able to get 2 rides before needing a break from the intensity! Anyways happy new year!

I enjoyed and appreciated every video that you made this year! It was not business as usual, but I loved the creativity. Recreating rides at home with your dog! "Coaster Dad" resorting to pranks. 💛 And I love that some smaller American parks got more coverage than they might have otherwise.
We drove from KY to Mount Olympus earlier this year just because it was the only place we could find coasters that were open.... Don't worry, I had my Coaster Studios drawstring backpack on the whole day. Even got called out by a few of the Koaster Kids. hehe

This year sucked. To be fair, it could’ve been waaay worse. What would seal the deal would be if the events of this year cause SeaWorld to go bankrupt. But between the vaccines and change of power in the US, it seems likely 2021 will be a much better year for theme parks. I fell you on getting trips canceled because of Covid. I was supposed to go on a school trip to New York City, but the trip was cancelled just a few hours before we departed. And we got no refunds
