(in March I'd have had my license for 1 year + 1 Year NCB) Hopefully some software updates will come in the meantime which allow you to schedule the AC so you can pre-heat/cool your car. Currently in the app you can only turn it on or off I believe, no way to schedule it. Also really want the ability to use the onboard 360º cameras in the trophy version as a dash cam, like Tesla has :)
Yes, the software has lots of bugs at the moment, hopefully in a year they will be ironed out. dash cam would be great, and fixing some of the app features. I thought it had Bluetooth phone unlock but no sign of that.
@@hubcap2k you can unlock your car using your phone on the app. But I think you have to use the app, you can’t just walk up to the car with your phone in your pocket and unlock it, it seems
If you had waited only a few months more then you would have had the phase 2 MG4 which comes with centre rear head rear, rear seat ohshit handles, rear wiper and one pedal driving mode
because baby are poor imitations of the parents they learn from, so if a Tesla was the parent, this would be its baby, its pretty good at 720, does 280 miles, vehicle to load, charges at 143kw and a 7 year warranty and its almost half the price of a model y, after I drove this I canceled my model y order, thats how good it is, and ive driven model s and x before

It’s less than half the price of my Model 3 Performance, feels much more well put together, is noticeably quieter - particularly at speed, etc. Struggling to really think of anything bad about it really. Unbeatable for the price in my opinion, and a decent car in its own right.
Seems to cope with the usual .mp4 / mpeg types. best to go for 720p rather than 1080 for a reasonable frame rate. I suspect some one with some time will work out what bitrate gives a nice 25fps result and then we can all transcode for that. Ill do some digging and post back when I get a sec.
For anyone who is looking at getting one of these cars, my advice would be don't. Unresponsive touch screen at the best of times becomes unresponsive when overly hot (such as when sun gets on it) or cold. Multiple software issues. Heavy boot lid. ACC and lane keeping aid are downright dangerous, randomly braking heavily or trying to steer you into the verge/oncoming lane. Most annoyingly, any user settings selected are reset to default as soon as you get out of the car.
"Heavy boot lid" Have you only recently started driving? this is not a heavy boot lid or anywhere near it... My 90s renault required required all my body strength to pull it down, can close this with 2 fingers. "any user settings selected are reset to default as soon as you get out of the car" They have to be with safety equipment for the euroncap rating...
Well we all know you haven’t got a drivers license 😂. Been watching to many reviews. I’ve got a Camden grey trophy and none of these issues exist bar settings not Savin. An extra 20 seconds to my day so inconvenient 😂😂😂
Weird response to my genuine comments posted after using the car for several months. I've since moved onto a Tesla Model 3 and that preserves all personalised functions and sets them automatically for me or my wife as either of us get into the passenger seat. I have no tie or loyalty to any company, they were and remain my honest views on the car. @@user-hj1il9vh6y
