There's also a bias towards men in general, people believe a girl is entitled to get an abortion if she's not ready, if she wants to focus on her career, if she doesn't like the guy, if she's scared etc. But if a man doesn't want a child for those same reasons he's considered a bad person, and if the woman has the child anyway, he's either forced to support it against his wishes, or considered a bad person if he is mad about the child

I understand the reservations with regard to Korea specifically, especially the older more traditional people, but I meant most people who support the notion that women should be able to have an abortion if they're not ready etc. (Whether they live in Korea or abroad) often don't give that level of understanding to men who feel the same way. In relation to him, he was seen as a hallyu star, just like Lee Min Ho, so this scandal affected him not just in Korea but globally.

Older idols have older fans who are in their twenties/thirties. Of course they would be so happy that their idols are finding happiness . Younger idols tend to not share private lives with their young fans at all., it just does more harm to their loved ones, and 80% of the time, they’re dating other idols or other celebrities. I think it’s good that they keep their private lives separate,. There’s so many relationships that have ended in Hollywood because of fans., and I’ve heard a lot of them face racism and so much criticism from fans and become depressed but they just have to live like that ..
