Oh Hani is not the type to be jealous over anything, she was right when she showed it. I admire Hani! She even said that Seungjo isn't an object, she's right! 😻

O Hani isn't an object either, but he mistreats her as if she were an object many times. He has that invasive girl flirting with him, and what does he do? He simply let the girl flirt with him and he scolds his wife. He is disrespecting his wife and in addition to that, he let the other girl denigrate his wife and he doesn't defend her at all. Disgusting behaviour, I Hani should leave him, he must learn to respect her

@@windyks this drama has over 11 years, those were other times. If you watch this drama knowing it's just fiction, enjoying the actors, the chemistry, and having clear he is a red flag and she needs profesional help to learn to respect herself, that's fine. Only problem is with girls who think this is cute and romantic and valid relationship. Watching it knowing it's toxic but just fiction, is fine

I'm so glad that both Seung Jo and Ha Ni, have a character development here. Seung Jo has shown his caring side and I was surprised that even when Ha Ni felt insecure, she trusted him and didn't follow him around to spy like she used to do before. I was happy to see how understanding and calm she has become, and she knows the fact that he is only her man.
Yes barging into someone else's room without permission is extremely rude, and I totally support her for reacting like that.

Her acted like she was being silly and berated her in front of another woman. He may have told Jisoo he chose her. That should have been said while Ha Ni was still there. Not off to the side.
@@TVwriter23 I'm just watching this now and I 100% agree. I struggle with this drama, to be honest, because, while I know they are immature in general, both of them, I just can't get over how imbalanced the relationship is and how emotionally unavailable Seung Jo is SO MUCH OF THE TIME. I'm glad to see him becoming tender towards her, but this whole relationship dynamic is really pretty unhealthy. I wish that at some point in the first season, Ha Ni had developed more of her own life and pursuits outside of Seung Jo and/or any other man. She does grow, and so does he, but I feel like it's not enough, and I cringed all the way through the honeymoon scenes. And yet I keep watching. It's like a train wreck you can't keep your eyes off. LOL.
Seungjo is vey blessed to have Hani as a wife because he is 100% sure that Hani won't entertain another man. Seungjo occupied Hani's heart 110%.
Others may say Seung Joo's character is very dense to not know the girl has intensions. But they way he reacts it seems like he knows it already. But out of respect as a guest he shook it off and take it for granted. He knows this might affect her. Since he's well aware how insecurities ate her. He actually leave a hint for her not to get jealous when they were talking in their room. He said " hey don't you dare feel like she is your rival or anything . It's better that way ". He did not said it because she wanted her to be jealous even more. But it's an indirect way of saying " don't you ever get jealous on a old friend , she can't do anything anyways. Besides if she ever attempt to , she can't win. I am married to you. What can she possibly ever do ? Even if she undressed herself in front of me in the room where we stays I still feel nothing. Not unless your the one doing it anyways. "
Imagine if Ha Ni had a male cousin that did the same things Seung Ju did with his cousin. I'm 100% sure Seung Ju wouldn't like that.
In my opinion, Ha Ni was not overreacting. Regardless of age, everything that girl did was out of line. And the fact that she acted innocent in front of others while acting brutal/and territorial in front of Ha Ni, made things worse. Honestly it made me so angry how not even her mother in law stood up for her.

From the way Baek Seung Jo looks at Oh Ha Ni while she's saying "HOW COULD I GO? I CAN'T EVEN IMAGINE IT!" he realizes how much Ha Ni loves him, that he is life of Ha Ni & Ha Ni loves him so much & when she runaway, he also knew that Ha Ni would always fight for her love for him & both of them knew that they cannot live without each other.

Something Seung Jo still needed to learn about women in general and his wife in specific is to always give reassurances, especially with Ha Ni who is still unconsciously insecure about her relationship with her hubby. They still a long way to go. I wish the entire was longer than just 16 episodes + 7 mini episodes. There was still so much in the manga they haven't touched. Like how the guy finally felt real jealousy and possessiveness towards his wife when he realized there is someone who is genuinely into his wife and there was a slim chance his wife might be attracted too. Or that time when hubby was transferred to a rural island to work there for a while and wife worked on getting transferred there to be with her hubby. Or that time when she got pregnant for real. So much character development there.

Do people really not have any idea of boundaries? Or have a clue that when a guy gets married that he actually belongs to his wife now, and not some girl he knew as a child? It really bothers me that there's always some girl from the past who feels the need to intrude on the couples relationship, and has no respect for the wife. I love these cute little special episodes, but that is so annoying.
I so agree every time I watch him now after the hundred time I seen the series I get upset every time because I realize if you watch through the whole thing he never says anything good to her in front of other people when she's being bullied when she's being targeted when girls are pushing up on him he never puts any of those girls in their place in front of her he pulls her aside or waits for her to run away and be like oh well you know. Even when ji Soo make the comment that she doesn't care about Ha ni feelings but Baek feelings he stands there and says nothing. Explain to me in that moment how she supposed to feel secure that her so-called husband loves her.

i hate the fact that seong ju didn’t even do anything at all. in the manga, ik it’s not that different, but i liked how things were handled there better. they actually had a peaceful resolution to this issue.

La gente dice que la pareja es " toxica" pero son una de mis parejas favoritas , complementan uno con el otro y maduran los dos poco a poco a lo largo de la historia, tal vez para algunos es tóxico, pero es una hermosa forma en la que piensa o hani y apuesto que la mayoría de veces uno se enamora y uno insiste aunque duela.
