I actually had been wondering about the drastic changes -watching Vahva Fitness videos from different eras back-to-back it's really noticeable. Very interesting story, thanks man👍 For myself, I've been doing M20XX and A20XX for the past year and while I haven't really noticed a drastic change in tone or muscle mass I FEEL much stronger and vastly more mobile, as if the quality of those almost same-size muscles has been much enhanced. Then my long lost brother visited recently and as we bear-hugged and slapped each others back he was like: "man, you got solid, bro!" Thank you Vahva Fitness❤💪
I am currently trying to move from heavy lifting to a more movement bodyweight approach. I love seeing the change. I do see the journey is a lot of growth both in touch with the body , spirit, mind You to me are very open to the evolving of yourself. Too me this is the best of this transformation. I will say your current physique is great
I'm the same way I don't heavy lift really any more as I have mass already so I've been more focused on functional movement and doing more bodyweight exercises trying to lean out and practice intermittent fasting eating once maybe twice a day
I subscribed to your channel probably at the start of 2016. First year I really tried your body movements but the progression of my life changed and I drifted away from your channel. It’s nice to get to see you explain your body transition and your quest for a balanced regimen for your body
Im 62. Ive done 2 of the QiGong courses and now have been doing the Iron King which i really like but have been experiencing a little joint pain so i decided to get the 20xathlete course to strengthen my joints. Thought id work on that for a while and then go back to the Iron King again this time a little better armed. In the long run i think this might be better for me and im felling pretty optimistic that I'll reach my physical fitness goals!
Makes me so sad I'm too old to do so much of what you did on your journey. I've always been athletic and have been in shape off and on my whole, but at 34 there's no way I'll ever be able to do some of that
I don't know if there's more to your comment that you're not saying. My take away from the video is that it's not about the destination; it's a journey. I don't think we should compare our journey to others. I'm still working on myself; I'm almost 51 years old.
When I first began reading this, I thought you were 70 years old or something. 34 is definitely not too old, just slowly work your way up and you can still get really fit! And definitely enjoy the journey, mind over Matter brother
This seems interesting, what is your mindset? What is your philosophy? Also can you teach me how to study and fail learning like you did? This type of content is the best do more please.
Back in 2015 I was still using protein shakes and creatine. I don't recommend - they just made me super bloated and I don't think they are necessary or healthy
@@Vahvafitness I didn't know, that is why you looked familiar, maybe we have crossed paths. Hahaha. Thank you for the awesome material you post, it is really inspiring!

Sounds like a good plan!
Thank you.
Yes, I think your present shape looks very healthy like a body that is in motion during a long day.
Something for me to aspire.
I feel much better and like myself a lot more as well
I think you should do a collab with the unlazy way, you two would have a great sinergy
I am same as your mindset
