Hi I love your video. Why am I being told there is a $300 fee. I am operating roadside service and towing. We have a roll back. We did general and driveway/towaway.
I an not 100% sure about towing but I think you still have to pay $300 fee.

I selected Other non-hazardous freight for the type of property.
I’m hauling intermodal container from a broker that sometime has gen set chassis with loaded refer container, do I still select only General Freight for Operation Classification?
So this application for you dot and mc number is the mcs-150? Or us mcs150 a different form that needs to be filed?
MCS-150 is the application for your DOT# and MC#
I'm at at the 3:30 mark in the video where you're talking about filing the BOC3. My question is, Do I need to file it before applying for my MC and USDOT #?
You can apply for MC# first and later apply for BOC-3 filing and the the last step get the insurance and have insurance company to issue MCS-90.

I accidentally did what you said not to do when I filed and I pressed all the options on the different things I would be hauling. Is it too late to go back and fix that now? How can I get all the other stuff removed and just get it to general freight
If you already have DOT pin# you can log back in and make those changes. Should be easy.

How long does it take to get authorized I have my insurance on file but is still shows Not authorized with application pending ? Going on 3 weeks now ?
FMCSA has 21 day waiting period from the day you applied. I would say you will be active next week.

The power of attorneys is if your a third party like someone you hire…but since your doing it yourself you select no you are not a third party
And that should let you finish it without a power of attorney

I think it's term leased. Unless you are renting a truck just for one trip then it's probably trip leased.

Are you referring to updating your MCS-150? If so then you need DOT PIN# that was sent to you when you applied for MC3 and authority. More information here www.fmcsa.dot.gov/registration/updating-your-registration
If you are referring to your Corporation or LLC annual report then you need to file it with your state's Secretary of State. Every state has their own online portal for that.
