You know i can confirm that the problem is entirely in our heads. My little brother who is in his late teens has the exact same situation, but he is much better than me becausr not even for a moment does he talk about it or show concern about it. He just lives his life. And when you talk to a person like that the acne disappears from youf mind, and it has zero bearing on how you feel about the person. People with acne grow to be the most empathetic people, we know the struggle and we don't ever look down upon where we started and how we came . Thank you for this video, I'm still struggling with acne but I know it gets better ♡
Tbh i dont have acne i only had a few pimples that went away in a few days for some reason and i feel lucky for once but yet i still feel sympathetic for you guys that you have to go through this i guess we all have different struggles and my struggle is height
Oh my God, you are so kind. I have never seen your videos before but you are one of the sweetest people I have ever seen. Thank you. I have horrible acne and I am so insecure about it. Thank you ❤
This just shows how much I take for granted. I get so annoyed whenever I see a single pimple on my face, while people all around me are suffering from acne. I will never take my skin for granted again, and I’m also going to educate myself on acne so I can help and support my friends who have it. You guys are all so strong, and it makes me sad that so many people just assume you don’t know how to care for your skin properly.
I’m glad you appreciate your skin. I honestly didn’t appreciate mine back when i was younger, but I did get acne about age 9 so I wasn’t educated on it. now, it feels like everything i try doesn’t work, it just keeps getting worse.
I'm seeing this guy after so long. I remember I used to watch him when I was going through a tough time because of my acne. It's good to see how much his channel has grown so much.
shes so pretty in my opinion. acne is such a struggle and it hurts and causes so many insecurities. no one should go through this but a lot of people do. Just know that acne doesn't affect if you look pretty/handsome or ugly, you're pretty/handsome no matter what your skin condition is
I have been through this phase and it took me 7 years to recover both mentally and from outer appearance . That phase was the worst part of my teenage coz it ruined my confidence , ruined me intrinsically and ruined my teenage 🥺🥺😔😔😔😔😔😔
I have so been there too. Acne is so painful in so many ways and people don’t realize how much it can affect your life. It made me have social anxiety and panic attacks. I didn’t want to leave the house or do anything. ❤❤❤
This video legit made me cry. Its because like so many people struggle with just terrible acne and all the people do is not get any but only notice yours and start to comment on it as if that helps
I had absolutely horrible acne as a teenager all over my arms my face my back it was horrible they were big they were painful and as I got older and older they started to diminish and go away anybody that's suffering from acne my heart goes out to you it will get better
Thank you, thank you so much. My acne has been the sole reason why I sometimes don't even want to go in the bathroom because i'd have to look in the mirror and look at something I am not happy with... But the thought of me becoming a better person because of the struggle is a nice way of thinking of it, makes me have hope that things do get better with time. Thank you, so much.
I don't relate the same way, I also have body issues, but I wanna say, people with acne, I genuinely think it looks beautiful. I don't know anyone else who thinks this way, but I genuinely think it looks pretty. It looks so imperfectly gorgeous on people. I think when someone has pimples, it adds to their beauty. I haven't seen myself falling (looks-wise) for someone without pimples.
My heart absolutely crushes when I see someone is struggling with acne, at one point in my life acne took over my life. For me my acne got way better over the past couple of years. I still have acne and acne scars. Anyone out there with acne or struggling just know that you're always beautiful no one was born ugly it's just the standards that society made for no reason.
Oh girl it gets better. Something I did to try and help when my face flared like this was tretanoin and liquid collagen internally… and not touching my face with my hands at all as hands carry so much bacteria 🦠 it’s hard I’m praying for god to see you through this. Chin up buttercup. You’re beautiful just the way you are! Xoxo ❤
I know acne is among one of those things you wouldn't want but trust me it tells what type of people you are surrounded with. Its very sad to see how people treats you just based on your look but you grow to be more slefconfident through this 😊😊

I had severe acne for the past 3 years, but with consistent treatment, I got better. I still have some scars, but I have noticed a lot of improvement, which has also boosted my self-esteem. Acne can change your life a lot, but one day it will definitely get better. Don't lose hope and believe in yourself.❤

The short video of her made me cry. Brian, you are a great, honest guy who speaks real about the struggles of dealing with acne. I watch your channel often.
Let me just tell u something, not for the girl for you! I have been dealing with acne for almost 3 years straight. Yes PEOPLE say it’s gets better, grow up, it’s apart of you of what so ever, but no one, literally no one has ever told me, your still you, you are still beautiful, it’s OK to have it. No one ever told that to me or does. I have to come on to social media and find a video like this one, to tell me that it’s ok to have acne or pimple or what so ever. Because no one made the time to just sit and listen, but this video is so, so heartfull, beautiful, kind and precious. Thank you 🙏❤️
After taking accutane twice for 6 months, it always came back after about a year. And then i had kidney and liver problems. Antibiotics and vitamins (zinc, A, C) helped fir only a month. I stopped putting ointments after my teenage years because as an adult I'm not gonna look like a foul every night next to my girlfriend and the problem is from the inside. I tried all types of diets, vegan, etc, but only keto diet helped, and it only took 2 weeks, so after 15 years of severe acne and nothing helped, eating 1 garlic in the morning on empty stomach, keto, water with lemon a day, and that's it, i'm finally healed, and i can even eat dairy sometimes or drink beer.
as a person who is healing from acne, I want to tell you guys that it changes you hugely, it hurts, you get stressed insecure and all that because we know that something is happening to us, acne is like a visible illness, but if you choose to take care yourself and your health inside out you will be healthier and happier even with the pimples on your face, we are not alone, but I want you to know that pimples doesn’t describe how beautiful you are, and instead of overthinking you must take care of you by doing habits which helps you to reduce stress, sleep and eat healthy and not only with skin care products, and that is the only thing that we can invest our time in, instead of destroying ourselves by overthinking, it takes me time and I keep on doing it(I am more calm know because I am taking care of myself and it’s just part of the teenagers hormones) and I know for sure that some day this will be just a memory.

@@dakuxhunterorsongoku5255 wow I'm so sorry for that, I remember when I was 17 I took accutane for like a week and the side effects scared me so much that I threw the pills away... honestly it is highly possible for you to heal your gut, try eating more whole foods and stay away from processed foods and refined sugar for a while and also take alot of probiotics like kefir water, sourkrout and yoghurt. to make it easier on your digestive system you can soak your grains overnight for easier digestion, things like oats or brown rice and beans....
@@dakuxhunterorsongoku5255 And the quickest way to heal your entire body and rejuvenate body cells is though FASTING, you can do more research on this and mybe you can try 1 day water fasting then build tolerance and go to 3 days, 5 days , 7 etc FASTING WILL COMPLETELY HEAL YOUR BODY. you gonna be fine
I use to have the same problem things will get better I had it when I was 6 but over time it will disappear and I did get bullied but I promise you that things will get better
Having acne is really a trauma ,I remember whenever I tried to talk to people the first thing they would comment on was my acne, it became my biggest insecurity after that
I am 44 & I had acne from ages 12 - 42. Been to countless doctors & dermatologists. In my 30's I started asking for food allergy & hormonal testing. I was constantly denied the testing because they could "guarantee it is not hormonal or a food allergy." When I turned 40, I once again asked for testing because I WANT TO FIND OUT WHY I have this & get rid of it!!! I was once again denied, so I really started researching for myself. One thing I found was that a wheat allergy can cause acne. It makes me really bloated when I eat it, so I thought, maybe?? Quit eating wheat & I haven't had acne for 2 years now. My skin didn't even look this clear while they had me on antibiotics & creams 🙄
I’m so glad you listened to the signs your body was telling you! So often doctors focus on treating the symptoms rather than finding and treating the cause of the symptoms. Sometimes the cause of symptoms can be treated in the simplest way.
I'm 32 years old and still have acne. I follow the most advices out there and I saw several doctors and specialists, but because of some other illnesses of mine, some medication isn't possible/allowed for me. So I'm here spent a lot of money in skincare and have still acne.
This was me after a perfume bottle exploded on my face. I got a really bad acne during the healing. i was hopless as nothing seemed to be working. If mine cleared, your's can clear too
Girl you are beautiful, he is totally right. I do not have acne but skin picking disorder. So from time to time my face looked similar to hers. I still am picking but now it is less my face than my back. I have lots of big scars all over my back. But I am glad, that I am not doing it that much on my face anymore. And luckily in my face the scars are not that visible.
This guy is doing great things for people. He turned his struggle into a way to help People. Everyone should take note and try to emulate in their own way.
I can relate to this .I have been suffering from acne form my early teens. You know it is very depressing.I am trying to get rid of my acne but nothing is working.but I have still hope to get clear skin .
My acne was SO so bad and so painful. It's not completely gone even as an adult but I went on accutane as a teenager which was my literal saviour. Acne ruined my self esteem for life
I had to take a course of Accutane for 6 months when I was 22. I've had clear skin ever since. I started breaking out at 10. I'm so sorry for the pain you're experiencing, I empathize with you so deeply. Xx
For many of us, the high school years are rough because of having to go through this phase. My heart goes out to you youngsters who have to face this problem. I've been there and trust me, it will get better as he said in the video.
I had acne back in time and seriously it was horrible... But my mother did a lot for me.. she use to do some home remedies for me. But thankfully I found the best product for my skin and it was first product I used on my skin. The product was from Bombay shaving company and I am so thankful to them. And nope it doesn't made me weaker. It made me braver and that's why I started doing skin care so I can see myself and compare old me.
I used to and still every now and then get some small breakouts, but rn I have clear skin because I’ve found the problem to my acne. I only tell people my skin care routine if they ask for it. This crushed me to see this beautiful girl cry like this. You’re not alone❤️
I just got chills when you said that this is developing you into the person you’re going to become because it is so true I found light in the darkness that is for sure but I don’t think you can really see it when you’re still in the darkness, I pray she finds a solution for this❤

People with acne grow to be the most empathetic people, we know the struggle and we don't ever look down upon where we started and how we came . Thank you for this video, I'm still struggling with acne but I know it gets better ♡
It’s like I’m the only person in my school who has it
And when I look in the mirror I see something a lot worse to handsome
Tbh i dont have acne i only had a few pimples that went away in a few days for some reason and i feel lucky for once but yet i still feel sympathetic for you guys that you have to go through this i guess we all have different struggles and my struggle is height
LOL. Pathetic
@@muke392 looking down on others for their struggles is pathetic. Not empathy. Empathy is a strength.
Oh my God, you are so kind. I have never seen your videos before but you are one of the sweetest people I have ever seen. Thank you. I have horrible acne and I am so insecure about it. Thank you ❤
This is one of the reasons why i wish social media existed in my teens. I struggled with acne and i was so depressed over it and had no one to talk to
This just shows how much I take for granted.
Yea true i feel lucky that i only get like single pimples yet they go away in a few days i just hope i don't get acne
I’m glad you appreciate your skin. I honestly didn’t appreciate mine back when i was younger, but I did get acne about age 9 so I wasn’t educated on it. now, it feels like everything i try doesn’t work, it just keeps getting worse.
@@BackieBackupdamn you mofos got lucky genetics then. I have to optimize everything down to perfection and even then I still occasionally break out.

I'm seeing this guy after so long. I remember I used to watch him when I was going through a tough time because of my acne. It's good to see how much his channel has grown so much.
That's amazing, I'm honored that I was able to help you a bit back then. How long ago was that?
You really help me when I been depressed about my acne thank you
You GOT THIS
God bless ❤
Same 😢
shes so pretty in my opinion. acne is such a struggle and it hurts and causes so many insecurities. no one should go through this but a lot of people do. Just know that acne doesn't affect if you look pretty/handsome or ugly, you're pretty/handsome no matter what your skin condition is
100% this!
😢😢
If acne didnt exist my cousin wouldnt be dead. 🕊️
Rest in peace to your cousin ❤
im so sorry
rest in peace 🕊️
I’m sorry no one should suffer acne. It really sucks and I’m really sorry for your cousin and you. 🕊️ r.i.p. love you ❤
I'm so sorry 😢
Even with acne, she is beautiful
Yeah i was thinking that
No lol would you kiss her ???
@@Rakeshsharma32q I would, yeah🥰
This absolutely crushed me. It took me back to teen me who suffered with acne for 10+ years! I would cry my self to sleep and just want clear skin.
I'm sorry you had to deal with that, I was exactly the same, it hurt so much (physically AND mentally)
shes so genuinely beautiful.
I'm so sorry for everyone who suffern this shit. It's like fighting against emotional break down, social stigma and pain. No one deserve that.
That's true. Beauty developed on the inside makes it a purposeful experience
This video legit made me cry.
Its because like so many people struggle with just terrible acne and all the people do is not get any but only notice yours and start to comment on it as if that helps
Ur such a kind person and we need more people in the world who are like you
I had absolutely horrible acne as a teenager all over my arms my face my back it was horrible they were big they were painful and as I got older and older they started to diminish and go away anybody that's suffering from acne my heart goes out to you it will get better
@@PerryNight-gc3fp It's you're opinion not mine. Can I ask you a question, are you ugly?
@@PerryNight-gc3fpI agree some people let's just say are born less beautiful ( RESPECTFULLY IM NOT TRYING TO OFFEND ANYONE RUclips )
I’m glad there are still good ppl in the world like this
Omg this is so Beautiful this guy has obviously been through it because you can hear it in his words. This is such a beautiful message.❤
This made me cry with happiness. I don’t have acne like this anymore, but it was so painful and what you say is sooo true ❤
Xoxo ❤
It's so hard to get tret in the uk.
So sad. know the feeling. Tough to deal with
Tensed when I had acne no I'm even more tensed because of scars. ' Trust the process"
I needed to hear this! Thank you! 🙏🏽
Awww hes so nicee! hes the kindest person ive seen all week on yt! made my day! :)
I know acne is among one of those things you wouldn't want but trust me it tells what type of people you are surrounded with. Its very sad to see how people treats you just based on your look but you grow to be more slefconfident through this 😊😊
That or little girl! This just broke my heart 💔 Thank you for your kind words for this little girl. You're an angel ❤
So true. The best thing to do is to visit a dermatologist who either sudgests products or will prescribe products thag are made for extreme acne and aren't available over the counter like other skincare products.
Yes! This is an infection and needs to be treated with a series of antibiotics. There is absolutely no reason for people to suffer.
Awe you’re so kind and compassionate. I hope she hears the sincerity in your voice.
Most of us did go through that stage of acne some worse than others & we all survived that period time, you will too sweetheart but on those tough days that you need someone to talk to. I’m here for you. ❤️😇🥰
I got tearful watching this. I struggled with acne for 10 years, and only now that i’m acne free can I see how those struggles genuinely did shape my soul. Things do get better ❤

I’ve been situation it sucks almost making you off yourself . Things get better though . My skin is flawless or how it was but it got better and it’s getting there . Keep going .
Ouch, this brings back memories man, no beautiful person like herself deserves to suffer. Shes absolutely beautiful the way she is
This is so true and relatable.
This Is making me cry. I have acne and everyday I wish it would go away but this brightens up my day
Very true! People's looks doesn't change your personality.
I actually started tearing up when she said that..
Honestly just don't pop pimples it helps
I had a friend comeover once and they told me “You should wash your face you have a bunch of bumps on it! Maybe u should actually try to take care of acne” I’ve been trying for a year with dermatology products to get rid of it and I’m always getting bullied for it. They make fun of my head shape what I look like and my forehead acne I’m sick of this ! 😔
Girl I feel you I’m young and everyone at school has clear skin so I stand out but I’ve only had a couple people insult my face but I’m really sorry that it happens to you a lot hope it gets better (when you said your forehead acne did you mean you only have acne on your forehead if so you’re lucky bc my whole face is covered )
And when people call it disgusting it really hurts 😢😢
I had severe acne for the past 3 years, but with consistent treatment, I got better. I still have some scars, but I have noticed a lot of improvement, which has also boosted my self-esteem. Acne can change your life a lot, but one day it will definitely get better. Don't lose hope and believe in yourself.❤
Omg this is so cute this guy is too kind to be real 😭❤️

The short video of her made me cry. Brian, you are a great, honest guy who speaks real about the struggles of dealing with acne. I watch your channel often.
I appreciate you saying that :)
Ahhh. It will get better. Getting on the birth control pill stopped my bad acne when i was a teenager. Bless you.
i feel good when i see amazing people like this who try to help others
Let me just tell u something, not for the girl for you! I have been dealing with acne for almost 3 years straight. Yes PEOPLE say it’s gets better, grow up, it’s apart of you of what so ever, but no one, literally no one has ever told me, your still you, you are still beautiful, it’s OK to have it. No one ever told that to me or does. I have to come on to social media and find a video like this one, to tell me that it’s ok to have acne or pimple or what so ever. Because no one made the time to just sit and listen, but this video is so, so heartfull, beautiful, kind and precious. Thank you 🙏❤️
When she older she will be beautiful and very young looking. So hang on in there because time goes by so very quickly ❤
I tried all types of diets, vegan, etc, but only keto diet helped, and it only took 2 weeks, so after 15 years of severe acne and nothing helped, eating 1 garlic in the morning on empty stomach, keto, water with lemon a day, and that's it, i'm finally healed, and i can even eat dairy sometimes or drink beer.
as a person who is healing from acne, I want to tell you guys that it changes you hugely, it hurts, you get stressed insecure and all that because we know that something is happening to us, acne is like a visible illness, but if you choose to take care yourself and your health inside out you will be healthier and happier even with the pimples on your face, we are not alone, but I want you to know that pimples doesn’t describe how beautiful you are, and instead of overthinking you must take care of you by doing habits which helps you to reduce stress, sleep and eat healthy and not only with skin care products, and that is the only thing that we can invest our time in, instead of destroying ourselves by overthinking, it takes me time and I keep on doing it(I am more calm know because I am taking care of myself and it’s just part of the teenagers hormones) and I know for sure that some day this will be just a memory.
u should be a counselor i appreciate u man
Im also in the same situation 😭😭😭
I am too, have been for 2 years. Hang in there! You’re not alone ❤
my acne was so much undercontrol when I changed my diet to whole foods only! mybe try it? it takes time though
life update i used Accutane for acne and it healed my acne for some time and gave me life long digestion issues and i am gonna soon die for this medication ruined my health 😭😭😭😭😭 some one please help me how to reverse the Accutane serious side effect like i have
@@dakuxhunterorsongoku5255 wow I'm so sorry for that, I remember when I was 17 I took accutane for like a week and the side effects scared me so much that I threw the pills away...
honestly it is highly possible for you to heal your gut, try eating more whole foods and stay away from processed foods and refined sugar for a while and also take alot of probiotics like kefir water, sourkrout and yoghurt. to make it easier on your digestive system you can soak your grains overnight for easier digestion, things like oats or brown rice and beans....
For anyone who needs this
you're the sweetest
@JessicaL.White_ I feel like more often than not, doctors just treat symptoms rather than find the cause. It's sad, really.
Aw girl I'm so glad you found something that works for you, I can't believe you've struggled for so long. I hope you're feeling as confident as ever
@@LifewithmeAbby Thank you! 💕
Did you try accutane?
I once read comments of people romantizing acne, saying they WISH they had and are jealous of those who have it
I hope they get their acne
😭 this is literally how I feel ALL the time and I wonder why I’m the only one of my friend that gets acne bad and they don’t.
I'm 32 years old and still have acne. I follow the most advices out there and I saw several doctors and specialists, but because of some other illnesses of mine, some medication isn't possible/allowed for me. So I'm here spent a lot of money in skincare and have still acne.
This guy speaks truths, however, if you can afford it - see a specialist. They will help you get a plan, diet, and meds
This was me after a perfume bottle exploded on my face. I got a really bad acne during the healing. i was hopless as nothing seemed to be working. If mine cleared, your's can clear too
It could be hormonal, try diet changes.
He turned his struggle into a way to help
People. Everyone should take note and try to emulate in their own way.
that girl is drop dead gorgeous ❤
