Hello @TeamAcne i just wanna mention something about dairy like... im not sure but i have acne not severe like you or any other people did or have but mabye mild and im going to the gym and i do take my protien sources from natural foods like eggs and etc.. and along with with that i take milk but since people alot have mentioned it about causing acne im not sure where to go with this.. :( but i feel like im somewhere in the middle in a deliema the reason is because i think that diary products like milk have growth factors which help me not just build muscle but also grow in terms of height too i guess and its sort of an OP ingredient which might be need in growth dont you think? Im really worried and confused about what to do.. wether to worry about my acne or growth right now... im 17 turning 18 this year but i need to know what i can do with this cause i think milk is also important as many of the other animal protien sources like meat, chicken etc.. but this seems to be the only one im worried about the most atm so what should i do... i really wanna drink milk and grow too but acne.. is whats stopping me from taking milk.. i really worry if i might grow any more taller but i still wanna grow more and maximise everything ive got :( what is your advice @TeamAcne ?
not a lot has been mentioned about what i said on the internet atleast mabye if someone could help me @TeamAcne would be more than greatful
I’ve had acne for about 1-2 years now, recently I’ve been really breaking out around my chin with whiteheads, my forehead seems to be clearing up but it’s awful every day looking at it and trying to get it to go away knowing it won’t be gone for a long while
You were like the first soldier who created the necessary path for those that come after🙏🏾
...I just teared up. I appreciate you saying this SO much ❤ I've been making acne content for almost a decade because I feel like I'm reaching back and helping the younger version of myself that felt completely alone and was struggling on a daily basis.
Thank you for saying this!
I teared up a little watching the clip of you crying. Acne causes such esteem and mental health problems. Its so hard! Thank you so much for being real and sharing this with us! Thank you♥️
You’re a good dude, you can see kindness in you. I’m 37 and I recently (first time in my life) broke out in a really strange bout of cystic acne, specifically around my cheekbones, temples and that area on the sides of my face… I think my lifestyle needs a overhaul, especially my diet and my mentality! Thank you my bro! 😊
I appreciate that so much, that means a lot :) I'm sorry you've got your first serious breakout BUT a silver lining way to look at it, is that this gives you an opportunity to figure out what your body is not meshing well with in your lifestyle/diet. Whatever it is, was bothering your body well before acne and if you never broke out, you might not have ever made the change!
This is so true! There is no better way out than being kind, gentle and patient with yourself. When I start loving myself even with my acne and all the scars, I started seeing a big difference in my self esteem and the type of person I am. Now, everything is working out. I no longer hate myself or talk down to myself and that helped my stress level tremendously. Now I am enjoying life even more and focusing on making myself happier than ever😁. Thanks for the video!
May god let help you and everyone ✝️
Such a beautiful human, what a purpose! You turned your pain and suffering into service to others!
I'm honestly so grateful. I can't describe the feeling I get when someone tells me my videos were there for them when no one else was...or that my videos helped them clear their acne, nothing is like it ♥
@@TeamAcne From someone who’s been through acne over the past 7 years, for what it’s worth I truly believe there is a spiritual component to acne, a lesson in loving yourself and realising that your self worth is not based on the way you look or anything physical; as well as learning to have more respect for your body and what you put in it, our bodies are gifts!
We are all perfect expressions of the infinite intelligence of the universe. An even more profound lesson is the compassion and empathy you gain for people who also have acne or any other condition for that matter. I think you may have mentioned this in a video before, incredibly powerful lessons.
For me I have had acne for 5 years now from 8th grade to now being a High School Senior, I don't really get bothered by what random people say about what I look like as I am already used to it by now but its different when it is your own family who is saying the same things to you.
Ahhhhh YES, my family would always bring it up and it's seared into my memory. One time my Grandma said "OMG honey what is wrong with your face!?" and she had great intentions, she was just concerned.but it really hurt back then. I'm with you
tbh your like the only person i trust for acne advice you are genuinely honest and caring
I really appreciate that, thank you for the support!
But cutting dairy products does not work for everyone. I have terrible cystic acne since I am 13, now I am 21. Sometimes it is better and sometimes worse. And I cut all dairy when I was between 16 to 18 and my skin didn't improve at all. I would even argue my skin is better when I drink cow milk and eat dairy. I really don't what is the solution for me, I tried all types of vitamins, minerals too. And of course all cleaning products, antibiotics etc. Acne is horrific ☹
Hi Adrian! For me personally I noticed an absolutely massive difference in my acne when I cut dairy completely out of my diet. Dairy allergies are common, but I agree that everyone's bodies are different and what causes acne for one person may be a trigger for another person. To simplify the process I created a 10 step program that helps each individual to figure out what the root cause of their acne is. Everyone is so different and unique that it is important to figure out what will work for you personally/what triggers your acne.

Your lack of visible scarring on your face is SHOCKING considering the severity of your acne. I know Banish is the main reason, but how many years did you have the acne and how old were you when you started using Banish, and how long did you microneedle to get from the "before" picture to the "after" picture? I'm almost 44 and have lived most of my life assuming I was stuck with acne scars and pits for life. I have Banisher 2.0 but haven't seen results yet.
Thanks for the love! It honestly still blows my mind too :) Here's the thing, I actually lost hope because I wasn't seeing much difference after a few months but I talked to a friend who's a derm and they explained that collagen/elastin has a lag effect where you won't see the full changes from the first treatment for 4-6 months...so in my case, I wasn't seeing really ANY changes after 4-5 months but then 6+ months I started noticing a pretty big diff and after 1 year it was BIG. I've been using Banish for 3+ years now.
My advice is to just stay consistent and try to just keep the habit without worrying too much about the results, for now. Then in another few months you can start to analyze the difference. Also I'd take some really good photos now so that you can compare it because your eye will have a hard time noticing, since you see your face every day and the tiny changes blend together in your mind
@@TeamAcne Okay, that's pretty reassuring. I've had the experience of having a chemical peel and also a laser abrasion that (both with the rock-hardened face, which ironically causes cystic acne), had layers and layers and layers of skin peeled off and the healed skin afterward looked EXACTLY the same as it did before! However, I believe in the results people are getting from microneedling, and believe I have already seen slight results myself, so I will not lose heart. That sounds like excellent advice! I'll do that. I won't delete my "bad" selfies. ;)
I resonate with your story on a deep level ❤
Thank you 😀 how long have you dealt with acne?
53 years with cystic acne so bad, they sometimes break through my cheeks, inside and out. Got an abcessed tooth once from leaking infection. One caused a huge dent on the end of my nose because it was there for 1.5 years. 🤷♀️. I’ve given up.
53 years ??!?!?!!. That's terrible. Have you tried Phenol peels ?
I'm also tired due to pimples and stubborn dark spots. My total face damaged. Dermatologist suggest laser treatment but I am a college student. And I haven't money for treatment.
Anyone help me..I promise I will return when I get my first job..

Here to say Isotretinoin can ward off acne sometimes for good, + you need some lifestyle changes, a good diet, avoid processed sugars and foods.
A good skincare routine simple to the core to maintain your healthy skin
Your video from 2019 which I saw back then about the use of Isotretinoin for scars and acne just saved the day for me. Within just six months I got the desired results also I was avoiding sun exposure additionally, so it helped me more even the deepest scars were gone. Thank you for being there.
I remember you when I was younger. You were a body builder with major acne. It’s nice to see you lose the acne :) my acne has finally disappeared from using curology but my skin is kinda raggedy
I started my new diet, where just like you, I cut out dairy and focused on nutrition. I have two cystic pimples on my chin right now, and the constant pain is driving me insane. I really hope that diet and sleep will be my remedy as well.
I love the result bro. Your thumbnail caught my attention.
Thank you! I'm trying to up my game :)
God bless you! You are helping people that suffer from it. You are a beautiful soul and you are bringing peace to those that are hopeless. Thank you❤
Hey man, I have just decided to get your acne method course. Wish me luck ❤❤
I have seen your journey and this is truly amazing! 💯
You are real hero to the world ❤
Bro i think letting grow your hair helped you. You woont belive me but when i have short hair i teng to get a lot of acne, however when i let my hair grow long acne mysteriously disappear.
when u said glycolic acid can i also use the cleanser that has glycolic acid instead of the one u mentioned cuz i dont have it

Amazing how far you've come
Nothing works for me
❤❤❤😭😭😭😭🥹 thank you 🙏🏽
THIS IS AMAZING !
Aww she's awesome and beautiful ❤️
i know what you went through, i have acne and im 17 years old, i always feel like people judge me about it, i keep cleaning my skin with products like CeraVe but it doesnt work, it sucks
Drink tons of water and you have to cut out junk food, greasy stuff and find the right products for skin type, what works for someone doesn't necessarily work for someone else
I so appreciate you and all your hard work.... And all your amazing powerful and positive messages !
I started hitting the gym more regularly and getting all the proteins in but after that i started getting lot of breakouts
I'm sorry to hear that, I've made a few videos about this that I think you'll get a lot from, here's one: ruclips.net/video/hRTcNxqx7O4/видео.html
I have acne and stubborn dark spots from 4 years.
I did treatment but no result.
I am very tired if doing treatment 🥺
Thank you so much dude 🙏🏾❤️
After all of those years.
Awesome video, congrats ! Thanks for all your advices it helps a lot 😊

good on you bro❤
I've had acne for 4-5 yrs and i'm sick of it
I'm sorry, I know it's really difficult. What have you tried so far to eliminate it?
Jesus loves you
I got no idea what kind of acne, I have dosed on vitamins d3 niacinamide, an on retinol, drink collagen, eat no dairy, and just saw the leaky gut syndrome video, I am so tired of trying everything. Most of my acne problem isn’t active pimples but acne scars
I have acne since i was 13 and i am 16 now. I am considering to use pantothenic acid but my father is against it and it is not looking like he is gonna take me to dermat. Can you help me get rid of thos hell on earth 😢
Is he against your well-being?
I'm sorry your dad isn't willing to take you to the derm. I hope that he will understand your point of view and take you eventually! But I highly suggest looking through my channel because you can learn a LOT if you take the time to watch maybe 1-2 videos a day :) What kind of acne are you breaking out with?
I initially cut dairy products but I still had acne until I cut gluten it finally stopped but if I consume it it will get back. Idk if that means I got rid of it but as long as I don't consume dairy and gluten Im a normal person.
What type of foods do you eat
@@Everythingtotteham vegetables and chicken. I don't eat legumes, dairy, bread, nuts and sauces because I also suffer from bloating and stomachaches.
Dairy and gluten are the cause for a LOT of people...basically it's a food allergy that manifests as inflammation and acne. That's GREAT you figured that out, you now have a lot more control than when you didn't know why you were breaking out. Over time you will learn ways to satisfy your cravings for everything you want to eat but without dairy/gluten!
I haven't had dairy in 9 years and I don't miss it at all! Gluten doesn't effect me or I'd do the same with that
When I left alcohol it was a game changer
If you have hormonal acne then change your diet and avoid stress took a good sleep
If all this doesnt work for you then accutane will work
Hi Bryan, been following you for almost 10 years now! Over the years I realized my acne was triggered by dairy and excess gluten consumption. I stopped consuming any dairy for the last 3 years and would like to re-introduce it into my diet just for the sake of not looking at food labels for once in my life. I was wondering how you reintroduced that into your own diet if you did and if you made use of lactase supplements. Because I haven't consumed any lactose for so long, my tolerance is zero, basically last time I got triggered by taking a medecine which had lactose as an excipient (500mg only). Would love to have your opinions on this, keep it up
I'm glad figuring out that dairy and gluten was causing your acne helped to improve it so much! I don't consume dairy, it was a HUGE trigger and would definitely cause me acne now.
If you know that you can't tolerate ANY dairy, even a medicine that had a little, I wouldn't mess with it at all. I mean, even beyond acne, your body is not made to process it so trying to find a workaround via an enzyme supplement feels like a trojan horse that's sneaking something your body really doesn't want in it, back into it. It's up to you but that's my opinion :)
Have you tried using a plant based protein? Your fit and how can you maintain your protein intake without taking whey protein? Thanks
You would be surprised how easy it is to get protein in as a vegan! I take in an average of 165g of protein a day. Check out my latest instagram post where I go over a full day of eating and focus on plant-based sources of protein: instagram.com/p/C59O78sS7CG/ (@brianturnerofficial). What can I use instead of creatine? Or do you still use that?
Daft question, did you have an oily skin? Oily t zone ?
Bro how much did you earn to having those much rating accurate I mean that would took A lot of money 😅
Can I start dairy again if I get rid of my acne?
if it is the cause of your acne it will probably come back for me sweets like any processed sugar and processed foods cause my acne the most. Even if my skin is near perfect and i have one bit of ice-cream its damage limitation for the next few weeks.
No
@@hanijamil5366what type of foods do you eat
I got acne suddenly like in the start of june 2024 and i only get them on cheeks and i really dont know the reason why do i have them over there and im 14
My mom says that if you drink over 2 liters all the good vitamins will flush out and it’s not good. What’s y’all take on this?
Thats ridiculous 😭
Thanks bro 😢😢
Gave a reply please.how to use adapalene after stopping accutane.i have sensitive skin

He used banish
And glycolic acid.
Hi quick question. How to get rid of pimples with whitw head without squeezing??
i find pimple patches work really well, I recommend ones from hero.
I’ll try ordering banish since i use curology
Did you order it yet? Did it work for you?
You’re going to love it, I’ve been using banish for years! Did you end up getting it yet?
@@TeamAcne I wish I could. 😭
So, does that mean there's no cure for acne?
There's no "cure" in terms of NEVER getting acne again (for now, they're working on it) BUT you can find your personal triggers and make a plan to avoid them. That can definitely cause you to have a clear face for the rest of your life. I have plenty of videos on this channel that help you figure all that out or you can just check www.TheAcneMethod.com 😊
How long have you been dealing with acne?
You posted this same video 3 years ago bro
First🎉🎉
😎
most important of all, genetics.
could be bulking/cutting, showering twice a day or not at all, changing the bed sheets every week or every month, eating only clean whole foods or only processed garbage and still have skin issues. Meanwhile the homeless dude down the block with no shower, any shitty food available and no skin care routine has better skin 😂
Second🎉
❤
When you get older you stop worrying about things like that and don't let it stop you from life's pleasures like the cannoli i just had 😉
Bro is Greek yogurt bad for acne?
Yes. If gluten is an acne trigger for you.
Dairy is a big trigger for a lot of people, so if you're one of those people then it can definitely be breaking you out
🌱🌱
I'm Pakistan face ance😢😢😢
For me it might be eggs bro I eat like 12 a day
real
I stopped eggs and it helped instantly. Eggs are inflammatory. Swap for another type of protein. Get a lymphatic drainage massage asap
@@amelin1612 is lamb, beef, chicken and salmon a good alternative?
@@adu9422 they should be! we're all different. I just know that everyday I was eating scrambled eggs for breakfast and I noticed that I'd feel less inflamed if I didn't eat them. Now that I've stopped I've not had a single new pimple. And this is after all the adapalene and supplements and exfoliating acids I've tried. Just stopped eating eggs and I'm feeling better. Try going on an anti inflammatory diet :)
CRAZY how many things can cause acne, and every person is different! I have a video about eggs and acne actually so you're definitely on the right path by figuring that out! Have you ever tried taking them all out for a few weeks to see what would happen?
Ima go gp tmrrow and ask for isotretinoin
Change your diet. Your skin will thank you.
ay i had acne all my life lmao
Me too, when did you start breaking out?
mannn since like i was in elementary kinda around 5 -6 grade when it started and now i have large acne scars around my whole face and now im 18 i don’t think ima ever have clear skin 😕
Love from Nepal 🇳🇵 I have oily skin and I got so much acne and pimples all into my face should I go for a isotretinoin my face literally became worst day by day 😩
yes
Go on a low carb no sugar diet (keto diet) , Get sun , excersice , hydrate , find natural skin care moisturizer and mask and fix your sleep routine
Hydrate
i'm surprised you didn't have a heart attack due to all the saturated fat in dairy + the megadose of accutane, both of which increase bad cholesterol levels............
You give so much hope to so many !
You are truly a gift Brian 🩷🩷
