    lol ... They will just have to have dirty concrete because there is no way I'll be cleaning anyone's concrete for $0.11 cents a sq ft. I have many contracts here in Florida with doing drive through's and I'm getting $0.30 cents a sq ft. On average I'm getting $250.00 to clean 800 sq ft. and that's not counting the buildings and the sidewalks. I have a big warehouse to do in two months that I'll be getting $15,000.00 to clean. I estimate it will take me a couple of days to do so my bottom line for this job is excellent. Don't underestimate taking on some commercial work as it can be very profitable.

      I don't think everyone is based in areas where you can get this but hey give us your zip code and i'll be there

      @@MrObsvenchilde -- Of course they aren't. There are plenty of operators in my area that can't get it either. Most of them will never get it simply because they don't have a clue how to.

      @@jamesbass9797 Florida is full of metros so I bet money is flowing around a lot faster there. I probably need to move to a metro. Though the cost of living will have a slight tick too.

    Most businesses in other sectors charge more for commercial. Why does pressure washing charge less when there is long delay in payment and documentation that has to be handled. It’s a misconception, I do commercial and get more per hour from commercial.

    commercial don't have to wait for your money made that mistake not getting into. Now its simple be stern tell client you have net 3 put on quote with $75 late fee after 3 days every day until paid. they have no problem if they do the can go somewhere else. simple 3 days is enough time for them to hustle view completed work and have it paid.

    What is this guy talking about? Say you don’t know what you’re talking about without saying you don’t know what you’re talking about.
    I have multiple one year, weekly fast food contracts. Averaging 15k yearly each. Zero door to door sales and zero paid online ads. Cold calls and cold emails saying their place is dirty and offer a free estimate or demo cleaning on a small spot. Did multiple $10k+ 1 or 2 day jobs off cold emails last yearLanded a $20k contract at a waterpark from a yard sign. These are investments and if you go after the right place you will make a ton more than residential. Faster too. Novice cleaners are listening and following you, this is all bad information you’re giving.

    • @FlashyCompetive
      @FlashyCompetive Год назад

      And what happens when slow season comes? Commercial keeps the revenue coming in every week when residential slows down.

      @@FlashyCompetive I mean bro there’s more than one way to skin a cat I was just saying that I don’t like commercial as much as residential. No shit there’s a ton of different ways to get commercial cleaning contracts I was just sharing what worked for me. Also bro no one cares that you’ve done 10k jobs in a day, that was an awesome failed ball drop

    • @FlashyCompetive

      @@Tylerkropp I’m not saying it to brag, I’m replying to you’re statement saying there’s higher profit margin and money in residential. If residential works better for you, cool, but don’t steer people away because you haven’t figured out strategy that works for you. There’s plenty of commercial properties that have a $250k cleaning budget per year. I’d recommend doing a little research in CAM fees for commercial properties. There’s people that their sole position is to SPEND money on keeping their property clean and maintained. They will literally get fired for not spending the money.

      @@FlashyCompetive yeah no duh there’s big commercial opportunities, I’m good at residential so that’s what I’m teaching people plus it’s not like I’m charging for courses or anything so if u think I’m steering ppl in the wrong direction then don’t let the door hit u on ur way out
