I used triphala every day with warm water n used kalonji seeds, fenugreek seeds with coconut oil n castor oil.. After using for 15days my hair started to Live.

From my experience of having grey hair, it's a certain type of stress that leads to grey hair. It's especially the stress that is derived from or related to loneliness and not having support and structure in one's life. Overthinking is a massive problem. I dont believe this remedy would work as greying of the hair is taking place inside the body.

What foods do we need to avoid for hair greying and what foods do u recommend which will help to change the hair from grey to black ?
Definitely wheatgrass juice .... the fresher the better and if you have the actual wheatgrass you need the little machine that juice is it and I am not talking about the kind of electric machine people used to juice their vegetables it is not the same thing .
Powdered wheatgrass juice works really well but the problem is you have to buy the right kind as some of the companies are dishonest .... you need to get the juice from the wheat grass and the problem is sometimes when people get the powder it is actually from the grass pulp and it has much less juice in it .
So please read the labels carefully read the ingredients what you want is powdered wheatgrass juice ...not powdered wheatgrass .
I had much better results when i switched to a brand called GREEN FOODS , on the label it says WHEATGRASS SHOTS ... you probably can get a better deal on it on the internet rather than buying it in the health food stores .
The shorter the hair the faster it works because it actually recolors the hair strand all the ways down and so when the hair is shorter recolors more hair on the head .
I think also doing amla powder mixed in water you drink it , helps ... that is so so called Indian gooseberry .... it's very good for you and you can get it cheaply at almost any Indian Grocers and you can also get at the Indian Grocers Kalonji oil , also called black seed oil ... but please make sure you get the kind that is medicinal quality that you swallow and make sure you do not get the kind that is in the hair care products unless you want to put that on your hair .
I know that all three of those work and I'm telling you i got very quick results with the wheat grass juice powder .
But when your hair is going back to its natural color the most resistant part happens to be at the crown of your head .
Some people swear by a product called catalase which i haven't done but you can look it up and see that it is sold in capsules and what not .
You can also try He Shou Wou I think I might have spelled it wrong it is sometimes called foti but that is actually not accurate ....FoTi will not recolor your hair and does not have the same healing qualities and anti-aging properties as He Shou Wu .... what you will have to get out of good Asian Grocers or online .
