Videos uploaded & made before 01/01/2020 do not have a visual image warnings inserted at the beginning of each video as at this time it is not possible to add new video to a uploaded video.
Another super easy way to do this is to open your photo and go to colors>desaturate>color to grey. Turn the radius setting way down (in the 2-15 range) and tune it until you're satisfied.
This works for literally every photo I have tried and it looks incredible.

colors
desaturate
color to grey.
Step 2
colors
brightness contrast
turn contrast up
Works great; one step more than above.

Is there any way to remove the residual Grey areas and turn them into white so the line art looks neater?
you may be able to mask the gray with the magic wand tool and paint it over with white

i think it can be download but it depend on the operating system on your tablet..... do a search gimp for then type in your operating system, your tablet may be android, ios or windows
