Cold Coffee 3 Ways
Serves 1
Prep Time - 10mins
Cooking Time - 10mins
Ingredients:
~Classic Cold Coffee~
Milk (chilled) - 1cup
Coffee powder (instant) - ½ tbsp
Vanilla ice cream - 1scoop (optional)
Cinnamon powder - a pinch
Vanilla extract - a dash
Sugar - 1tbsp
~Mocha Frappuccino~
Ice cubes - 1½ cups
Milk - ¾ cup
Chocolate sauce - 2tbsp
Coffee Powder (instant) - ½ tbsp
Powdered sugar - 1½ tbsp
Vanilla extract - a dash
~Caramel Frappuccino~
For Caramel Sauce
Sugar - ½ cup
Water - a dash
Lemon juice - 1 tsp
Dairy Cream - 1 cup
Butter - 1½ tbsp
For Shake-
Ice cubes - 1½ cups
Milk - ¾ cup
Caramel Sauce - 3 tbsp
Coffee Powder (instant) - ½ tbsp
Vanilla extract - a dash
Whipped cream - ¼ cup

I work for Starbucks here in United States and yes you can file bankruptcy after going to coffee shops after a while. But the bases we use for frappes you can’t make it at home. Trust me I tried everything, even the blender are different of course being commercial machines vs house ones. But I like your anyways

Classic Cold Coffee anytime, Mocha Frappuccino is good but caramel Frappuccino is best ! Preferred is black Coffee without sugar for weight loss suggested by my nutritionist @getfitwithkathakali !

If you are vegan or want to try, you should go for Sofit Oat milk, they come in different flavours, costs about 120/- a bottle and are yummm... they are way chesper and yummmier than milk...

How did that thick substance came on the top of ur mocha frappuccino? It never cums on mine....i've tried many tyms...
Those clumps look horrible. This not how you make a frappucino. Add quater teaspoon of xanthan gum while blending the coffee as it acts as an emulsifier that binds the milk ice and coffee together to give a smooth texture and creamy texture. Also pls do yourself a favour and use brewed coffee or espresso. You can never get a cafe like flavour with instant coffee

I made Carmel souce, with milk, I reduced milk, I added milk after sugar got Caramelized...
The reasons people drink coffee from actual cafes is because they have expresso shots and good tasting quality unlike the bitterness of the instant coffee which is far superior in taste and flavour
