This guy is clueless. Paraguay is one of the toughest teams to play against, they park the bus and foul like there is no tomorrow. If there was a game that could’ve end up with a draw or a loss it was this one and most Colombians knew this before the game.
I agree, the match against Paraguay in the WC qualifiers was also a tough game for Colombia...
Agreed
Costa Rica vs Paraguay is going to be two parked busses beeping at each other for 90 minutes.
@@Boxingfan-mg8mf 😀 midfield will be empty for others to park the Bus 😀
@@Boxingfan-mg8mfWhatever makes Colombians feel better about themselves. Paraguay did not even play with a five in the back. They did have their players come back to defend, but it was definite 4 in the back. If they park the bus this ends in a tie.
...the guy in the gray suit is a Venezuelan, right? ...that explains why he's trying so hard to put down Colombia! ...
That guy is a clown. Nobody knows him. 😂😂😂
The game was closer then expected.
This is not about Venezuela. How many world cups does Colombia have? and 1 copa america... do you really think you are among the greatest teams?
@@SF-oq1qxEcuador and Venezuela are the only 2 teams that haven’t won a Copa America. I can also bring facts here if u want but that’s not the point. We r atm better than many. We have a strong team. Same as Venezuela. Congrats on your win
@@SF-oq1qxEven Bolivia 🇧🇴 have 1 Copa América 🤷🏿♂️👆🏿
I have no idea if you know SouthAmerican futbol but it seems u don’t. First of all Paraguay is a rough team, if is not the roughest in SA. “La Garra Guaraní” is difficult always difficult. Yes Colombia let too many mistakes go by. True also about James on different times, but he still is number 10.
Too score 2 head goals to Paraguay is the real irony of the game, being Paraguay the masters of the air game in SouthAmerica.
Copa America looks so exciting amd the crowds are great
Well we all know argentina already won thanks to fifa
Thanks to Messi

Waiting for the Brazil vs Costa Rica reaction to drop.
Paraguay has been is and will always be a tough cookie. Not an easy team
Still a cookie 😊
People think that paraguay is nothing, medico usa and costa rica are less than paraguay even with a weak paraguay. (And just in case i am. Not from paraguay)

I think John Lucumi´s injury afected Colombia performance a lot due to Yerry Mina is not currently in good level...
I agree with you.
I agree. The Paraguay goal was mostly his fault , Mojica went to his position to cover leaving that side open . Plus an insecure Davidson we were vulnerable in defence all game after Lucumi was subbed off. I don’t get why Cuesta didn’t get minutes . Uribe also killed the midfield .
Ale is so salty that the national team has yet to win the Copa America. So no matter who Colombia beats, in his eyes they will always be lucky to win.
Era gol de yepes
😂😂
Si, si era
Jajaja
😂😂😂😂 yes sir
Sie senor, absolutamente ...
the shift that Richard Rios did In the midfield was class im glad Nestor Lorenzo started him instead of Uribe I hope he gets his European move after the copa America
Venezuela ….. Colombia tu papá
😂
😂😂
Of course the Venezuelan is talking smack. Colombia dominated this match and the ref is the only thing that kept Paraguay in the game . Colombia would obliterate Venezuela in a competitive match , quiet down
too bad we won't get to play them
As the only Paraguayan the only thing you dominated was possession. Look at the shots look at the XG. Yeah if anything there was a very good chance this should have been a tie. Not much of a difference, let’s keep the majority honest. So let’s relax a little.
@@navis462 honestly AI has some errors to catch, it was a tough game but no way Paraguay had more chances than Colombia, just see the match, Paraguay kicked many shoots that flied way above the goal, the GK only had work one or two times including the goal
@@andresausecha9553One had better chances than the other. That is true, but if you are telling me paraguays goal keeper had more work is also not objective. Both keepers saw the ball fly left, right or over them.
@@andresausecha9553Paraguay needs to try to keep the ball then the chances will come. Almiron though he played badly, Sosa and enciso can certainly hurt them. The problem is there is no possession or no midfielders to do it. It’s not like the Colombian backline consists of maldini and canavarro.
Lerma's exit was the key to allowing Paraguay some opportunities. Hopefully he'll be fine for the remainder of the tournament
Colombia is undefeated 20 + games with James and not playing in CONCAF like maybe these 2 played
anyways how are these guys ?
24 games !
Ale Moreno acts like he's never seen a Copa America game. All South American teams are really good at putting pressure on the ref by playing a low-block, fouling endlessly and wasting time...all with manic intensity. Colombia was lucky to win given the parity of most teams, save for Bolivia.
Moreno is Venezuelan so of course he's going to talk down Colombia. That's what they do. And he's really good at nitpicking ridiculous little circumstances to try and justify his position that Colombia isn't really that good. The truth is Colombia is really playing better than they ever have as a national team. It's going to be very painful for a lot of the media to accept that. As for South American teams play; CONMEBOL games through the 20210's were complete garbage to watch due to the endless fouling and flailing. Paraguay still engages in a lot of trash futbol. Fortunately the top half of CONMEBOL teams have moved past that a little bit. Colombia, Uruguay and a few others seem to be moving towards actually playing the game and not trying to turn in into a wrestling match.
With all due respect, but it is obvious that these former MLS players-turned-commentators know very little about Conmebol. Most of the South American teams are tough. There are no given games. Assuming Paraguay did not have what it takes to press Colombia is a flawed assessment. Colombia did not look as good at times because Paraguay made it tough for Colombia, as they should. It is good for the game and entertaining for everyone watching. Expecting one team to steam-roll another is not what happens in South America. These commentators need to get out of their MLS and Concacaf realities a bit more!
Paraguay played tough d… but from the beginning of the game they were doing some iffy sliding tackles. There was a red card that elvar never checked… it was a good game but Paraguay 🇵🇾 was let slidding crazy tackles
The injuries are not due to the previous season, they’re happening because of the type of grass they’re playing on… three or four teams have already complained about it
Sorry but Moreno is the only valid voice here , and still he also doesn’t know what he’s talking about,
Peru at home is one of the hardest to beat most players run out of steam after the first 30 at that altitude you better be in the best shape of your life.
Someone please explain how James isn’t at a big club rn? The best coach in the world loves him. Carlo Ancelotti brought him to Madrid, Bayern, and Everton. How is he struggling to play at San Paulo? Make it make sense!? James is still so good
James quality is undeniable but he does not have the legs to run back and fourth for 90 min
A few things. Zidane kinda screwed him over. He didn't exactly have the best attitude when it came to club level. Injuries+fitness was a huge factor. And the number 10 is dying in football. A lot of clubs don't play with an out and out number 10 which is what James is. So unfortunately due to all those factors he's kinda been moving around and is now not in Europe. I wish he stayed longer especially in the prem. But hey even rafa benitez didn't like James and wanted him out (only Ancelotti wanted him and could use him effectively but hey he also kinda screwed James over by just leaving and going back to Madrid, which is understandable, but kinda sad for James when he only went there for him.)
@@CJM24776 regardless of him not being super speedy I still believes he can play for big clubs like Liverpool or Leicester and make an impact
@@burneraccount7510 I agree with Leicester or a team that's fighting for 10 to 7th place in the prem (I'd take him at West Ham if we do lose paqueta). However teams like Liverpool I doubt he'd even get minutes because they need to change their midfield to accommodate for his fitness which is just too expensive especially for a guy who's 30+ and coming to the near end of his career.
@@burneraccount7510 also Liverpool don't really play with a 10. So he just wouldn't fit. Especially when Liverpool is known to push the ball up the pitch from the wing. With 2 fast wingers(who cut in) , and a LB and RB capable of pushing the ball up and pinging the ball and also liking to stay up rather than instantly going back to their LB and RB position because they have 2 CBs who's good enough to cover for them until they get back. Teams like City where they work on possession etc and have an AM, even West ham (my team) use an AM. He'd thrive in city because he has the legs around him to work for him. But west ham we have fast guys upfront but he'd still need to be relatively fast as we rely on the counter attack (not sure anymore now that we have a new manager) because our defence and midfield isn't fast at all, so we'd need a relatively quick AM which paqueta is (not rapid but fast enough, which in all honesty as a James fan and Colombian he's just not fast enough or capable of lasting a whole game and West Ham and other teams who are around the same level would need him for the full 90 as they'd be relying on him).
Crystal Palace 2 Paraguay 1
Cristal 2, Brigthon 1 jejeje
So many new Venezuelan that came to USA and their games still have empty stadiums!!
They played in the West Coast, if it was Miami or anywhere in the East Coast they would sell out no doubt
The man with the tie is clear about Colombia futbol, the other two only talk rubish ...
Paraguay is not peace of cake. A team with dynasty 👍
Moreno is dumb 🤣 makes Hercules looks smart he said Lucho played quiet 🤣 bro this guy probably pees sitting down 🪑
SO YOU GUYS I'VE WAITED FOR A DISCUSSION ON BRAZIL,
JUST STILL DISAPPOINTED
People need to realize every game at the copa america is hard. There has not been one big scoreline even argentina struggled with canada and chile. The best game has been colombia vs paraguay. Enciso is class as soon as he got subbed i knew the game was ours that kid was a pest lol. Jhon Lucumi is a huge miss id rather have Cuesta than Mina
nice try colombia has beaten germany, spain this year plus have gone 24 games unbeaten..... Paraguay is a tough team and its just the first game....
James is still playing?
he is the best 😎
like good wine
Ofc
Colombia is winning so yes he’s playing. When he doesn’t play they lose like they did 4 years ago
They didn’t want to give credit to Colombia when they blew out the USA, and now they don’t want to give them credit for beating Paraguay
James ya esta de salida hay muchos jugadores jovenes ahi pidiendo pista
It's a shame, but in our Paraguay actually there is no replacement, and some of our veterans in the field today are no longer even able to compete in a decent level......I don't care now that Sosa played better because for my almiron he actually did well watching the game a little more up close...............a shame to hit the Cafeteros so many times, that dirty and intense game is not favorable, they even forgave a red card for hitting from behind..... ..I still believe that it was a penalty in favor of those Colombians but in the end despite trying to give everything possible and running like crazy fighting but honestly it was not possible against the very serious Colombians and the result seems barely normal or I say very predictable In the end they will all end up Defeated against the Cafetero Team that looks stronger than I thought and I say that if they organize themselves more in the game or are a little more precise they could even give an impressive hit of authority with category in the entire Tournament! !.....Go ahead & Congrats to Colombi!!
I disagree, there seems to be this narrative that if you have more of the ball you are dominating. Where were the chances from all that possession. It’s true that Paraguay lacks a midfield, if it could actually pass the ball they can go toe to toe. And those veteran players you speak of, you’re talking of the ones from 14 years ago, get over it that’s a joke. Also the translation was awkward.
@@navis462 read well mofo...
@@nicedoppy2077You have the audacity to tell me to read well when you can’t even write or spell. I’ll be the one of many to tell you to go back and learn to write.
It’s sad to see what Paraguay team has become . A bunch of lost souls . I blame the Paraguay organization. The people at the top who are making the decisions should resign . Paraguay was a team that always played competitively against Argentina and Brazil . 2010 they reached the quarter finals and played against the best team in Europe at the time , Spain . They had an amazing Manager and great players . They all had passion and they showed it on the field. 2011 they reached the finals and played against Uruguay in Copa America . Since 2011, the Paraguay organization as a whole has lost their identity because the people at the top making decisions have no clue what they’re doing . They’re not leaders . They need a better scout to get good quality players . Manager who comes with a lot of experience. I think it’s time for Paraguay team to wake up and start playing football with hunger, passion and be competitive
Things for improved but still great victory
james Rodriguez ran his sock off helping defend high up the picth, should of even got a yellow card for a hard tackle . (doesn't help without the ball ?) 🤦♂️
Paraguay will beat Brazil
USA is winning this competition

lol. You obviously have good dreams for you.
Shitty old players like Ale Moreno, where did he play? What did he win???...clueless
🤡🤡🤡
Colombians in the comments crying cuz Moreno doesn’t suck off colombia and calls them the best team ever. Your team isn’t winning the copa America, get over yourselves. You will find a way to disappoint like you’ve done the last three tournaments
colombia definitely could win it tho
Mexico might get grouped little boy, let’s sit down.
Not all Colombians. I think he made some valid points. You can tone it down a notch.
@@mmunevar123 that’s why I said “Colombians in the comments” not all Colombians
@@adhalbetancur9948 I hope they get grouped! 😁
Who's this Ale Moreno??? A person who has not touched a ball and believes that Berhalter structures an exit without knowing what he can do? For Colombians it is much better to be underestimated, but without a doubt with commentators of this level the show guarantees an image similar to their football...please do not be like the image left by the Mexican commentators. Does this man know that numbers 6 and 5 are a relevant factor in modern football, and that Colombia now has very strong ones that allow guys like James to do what a #10 does?
That venezo always put down colombia, ja ja ja..but argentina could barely score on canada " calladito' and brasil oh : they have 5 worldcups and 17 copas, so they can win it all....really.
17 copas? Lol
They conveninetly forget to mention the argentinian referee let paraguay play dirty, and rob , once again, Colombia the penalty.
If the faults paraguay did to Colombian players, was against brasil or argentina, RED CARD for sure; but no, is Colombia.
SI ERA GOL DE YEPES..2014 against brasil.
