Every time I watch this video I laugh out loud. I especially love the point made at the end, men don't have to go to a special store with a cutesy name meant to make them feel worse about themselves. They just go to the store and buy clothes. One of the best skits SNL has made. This one is simple but pointed and very funny.
i really love this sketch lol. people seem to think it's non-sensical but it's actually pretty funny commentary on how shitty and annoying the world is as you described haha. love it. honestly snl 2014-now era has been generally phenomenal

to be fair most men don't have breasts, and that's probably 80% of what makes it so that women all need such different sized clothing. men kind of all have the same basic proportions, so making one shirt that will fit almost everytype of man is easy.
@@angrynoodletwentyfive6463 Mostly true. I'm short legs and long torso (basically a swimmer's body). If I wear normal pants I look like a cartoon character. I have to special order pants and shorts. If I do wear regular pants (cause there's only so many $200 special order pants I can afford), then I can't wear a dress shirt without it untucking and mushrooming in five seconds, so I have to use shirt garters or just look like a slob. Needless to say, I have a lot of sweaters and t shirts to obscure where my waste line is.
At least the women's clothing industry has a million alteration options. When you call a tailor as a guy and ask for anything but a hem, you might as well be speaking fluent Albanian. Only high end tailors know how to really work on men's clothes and they're crazy expensive.
Another thing, men have probably 1/5 the clothing choices compared to women. Sure, those khakis will fit. Woo hoo. Khakis.
I love the feel of those button up flannel shirts, but I gave them up because they always had to be altered. Off the shelf, they fit like a maternity top!

Vincent Shipe I think it was the opening debate skit of that same episode...can't remember now. It may have been an entirely different episode. The writing has been considerably better this season in general so by now, there are several that have made me literally laugh out loud.

I never even heard of Melissa Villaseñor before this season but she's already a stand-out amongst the cast! I love her!
Go watch her impressions on her youtube channel if you can, she is really funny. I recommend you her impressions of Owen Wilson, Kristen Wiig, Kate Micucci and even pikachu.
