It was so cute how much fun she was having the whole time.

Anyone else think sometimes SNL makes better ads for the companies they're parodying then the actual companies ads lol
They are better at writing commercials than they are at writing skits.
@@chonmonlon2728 So, they should be like SCTV and only do sketches that parody TV shows, movies, commercials, and the news? That's...actually not a bad idea.
Based on the Oscar the Grouch Joker-style sketch and the Kenan & Kel reboot sketch, they’re also good at spoofing modern “edgy” reboots. (I’m not calling Joker an edgy reboot, just saying the Oscar the Grouch sketch reminded me of such reboots)
Cecily’s voice was made for narrating parody TV commercials
I think her voice was made for singing “I Saw Mommy Kissing Santa Claus”!
parody? What was exaggerated?
Wow I just figured they hired a commercial voice actress. That's awesome!
She did the Amazon Silver voice in that commercial, too. Brilliant!
Makes me wonder if she actually does commercials and not just the parody ones.
The accuracy of this skit is outstanding

Because all clothing manufacturers are monsters
I hate tags, so I take a seam ripper and remove those damned things in my clothes, and my son's when he was little. My school didn't allow girls to wear pants until I was in the 4th grade, which meant we froze our legs off in the Winter, and on the playground everyone got to see our underwear. Once I was allowed to wear jeans, I refused to ever wear a dress to school again. The absolute worst dresses were the ones with smocked bodices and that extra itchy lace around the neck that felt like barbed wire. Those were "picture day" dresses, and the reason why I looked like I wanted to die in my school photos.
"If you can do it, then do it!"
I felt that one in my bones!
I love how the little girl was laughing during the fight
😭😭😭😭
My mom learned early that I was super sensitive to clothing, and that I could get out of anything, so she made damn sure that whatever clothes she got me were comfortable, tags were taken out, and brought a blanket to wrap me in in case I did, indeed, get cold. Thank you, Mom, for putting up with all my absolute nonsense.
@favored&graced what ???
" O and miss your brother getting drunk and asking for money, whatever shall I doo." Don't lie y'all, theres one in every family.
I have or had about two or three... I'm certained one wasn't even a blood relative
There’s waaaaaaaaay more than just one.
"Owww! My shoes hurt!"
"Welcome to being a woman, Kylie."
😂
The scene where the couple is arguing about their daughter's boot, you can see the little girl start off smiling then full blown laughing
It's the cutest thing.
I'm convinced children weren't designed to wear shoes.
That's cause Mikey is doing his Oh no impersonation
Yes indeed, cutely hilarious, also look at her laughing in the earlier wet romper bathroom scene while the crying sound is dubbed in. Glad the show went with the resulting footage anyway!
Daddy's a dumbass...lol
It's not truly the hoilday season until I revist this masterpiece.
"Mittens they'll lose" memories, one always was in a pocket while the other was mysteriously gone
What would have put it over the top is the parent saying “But I just bought you these!”
In the sleeve.
My mum made us idiot ropes to stop them from disappearing 🤪😂🤣
They are in the same vortex the socks go into. LOL
Aslans Angel OMG Yes!!
"The clothes they'll hate, create the memories you'll love."
HAHAHAHAHA!
Lol
Ah yes, I also watched the video
Even better.
"Macy's. Because fuck the kiddies."
The kid screaming when Anna was on her shirt instead of Elsa had me dead 😂
“It’s too hot!”
“It itches!”
“eAHHEUaHhH”
Yes! The trio of bits when you know we are instantly into real life!
I swear I thought I was just a bad parent. Honestly I thought I was the only one who suffered
Read all these comments, and give yourself a break. If you've ever questioned yourself, you're probably a *good* parent. This time of year is especially hard, with the pressure to make childhood "magical" and to keep them from needing psychologists or becoming the next Unibomber because we forgot to move the %$#@ Elf on the Shelf. You are not alone.
Merry Christmas! 🎄
@@carolyntalbot947 Yeah, we're all feeling this one down to our toes. It's very cathartic.
Literally the boot scenario was one I have been through. Actually many of them. not the let your baby sit in filth one though.
They dont come with a manual. We are all just trying to keep them alive until they grow up and then its there turn! Circle of life.
@@carolyntalbot947 I knew my kid was a smart one when she came home telling me about the Elf on the Shelf in her classroom and then tried to move her doll "like the Elf" without me noticing. She knows what's up.
The Mike & Heidi argument over putting on their kids shoe shows the struggle to get along is so real and her eye roll is spot on! perfect timing
SoBoogee the fact that the little girl is laughing the whole time makes it perfect
Heidi is the best person they have hired in years. Like who even are those basic white dudes that play the Trump kids?
This is the most accurate SNL skit I’ve ever seen. The writer of this one needs to be promoted!
Tyler and La'Keisha Brown YES!
I love how the little girl is laughing from 1:24 all the way to 1:42 when she’s not supposed to but I love when kids break character.
Why does Cecily have the perfect generic advertisement narrator voice
I didn't think it was her. Only because she sounds so different in the very real Triscuit ads she appears in.
Because she does.
The little girl with the married couple laughs when dude says "oh no and miss your drunk brother asking for money"
😂At the kid throwing his scarf on the tree.
Psycho Mind
Likewise 😭
12/15/19
The way it stuck the landing had me in tears 😭
That was great xD
Something my son would have done.
i actually laughed at this. like, out loud, with my actual food hole. not just a smirk, or a little chuckle, a full on laugh. those two parents with the shoes did it, sent me right over. nice one
Written by parents? Yes. Mikey Day exact. And the kid that plays his and Heidi's son, is his real life son. Just adorable.
This totally has him written all over it.
“Well if you can do it, then do it!”
This is what I tell my mom, when she clearly sees I’m struggling with something, when in fact she do it on her own
TeEra Richards dumbass
You must learnnnnn lol 🤪😁
Oh god so true! That's actually the same I argued with my mom.
1:45 I love how the little girl is laughing
That's my friend from middle school
I’d love to know how the hell did they get footage of my husband and I getting our kid ready?! 😂 this is sooooo accurate 💯lol
