Another well done and comprehensive device deep dive, Aaron! Just got this to replace the ATEM Mini Pro that’s only 3 years old. It just can’t keep up with the changing needs. Very impressed with the features in this little thing at the cost that can only be found in the Extreme with the ATEM.
It looks like some factory far far away making ATEM mini's is taking the left over parts, and making their own. Those buttons look like they are the exact same shape and size as the mini. I love it.
haha I like that theory but I doubt it is true. Blackmagic has their own factories and are very tightly controlled, and are not in China. These are just very easy cheap buttons to make.

Hi Aaron. The pattern key actually lets you select a shape to show a portion of the background source. E.g. you could put your face in a circle instead of using pip.
Thank you, very informative and clear. Good Question for you. I have this Osee GoStream Deck Dual. I have the OBSBOT Tail Air using it Wireless doing into the AUX input via NDI and it works well. GoStream Deck is limited to only 1 NDI source via AUX. OK, but I want to add two more Tail Air cameras total of 3 Wireless WiFi NDI to the network. Would this work, seting up 3 different Memory Macro buttons as a now 'Creative Switcher' to actively switch live between multiple NDI sources simulating a unlimited NDI source switcher? Using macros to break the limited barrier of the advertised ONE NDI source via the 1 AUX input. Can you check this out and see if it will work and let me know please so I can go ahead and order two more Tail Airs?? Thanks Friend.
Hey Aaron, I was looking for a new ATEM Switcher earlier today. The Supersource is very inconveniently assembled. Both sources should be reduced by up to 70%. The manufacturer has made them larger, which makes the camera source look compressed.
