The NDI functionality will be released through a FW update, and in addition you'll have to purchase a license to activate the NDI, which is sold separately.
Had an ATEM iso stop recording 2 weeks ago mid show. Forum has users same issue, so for me... the Osee is definitely worth checking out. Hoping the quality is solid. I like the Emem buttons, not so sure setting them up so easy, but hey can’t have everything. Price points looks good. SD playable video is cool. So true about heads on program/preview and memorize control surface.
Thanks for the review - you were the only one that I could find that included the yolo box in the 'review' - I had heard about them but didn't really know what they were good for. I am trying to figure out if the Atem mini pro can do a super - stop a dissolve mid way between two sources. I have a special use case where that's going to be imperative. I know the Osee can do it, but it requires 1080p inputs.
Nicely done. Curious if you could check whether the osee - Supports inputs requiring HCDP - Can screengrab stills to an image store - Does seamless looping video playout (eg for supersource backgrounds)
Good video, kept me very attentive, to everything you guys were talking about. I have worked with the Atems, the other two, it seems that you don't need any other program, like OBS to connect to the different platforms, maybe if you have a video of the whole process of how they work, it would be appreciated.
You mention in this video about wishing you had both the yolobox pro and the Osee gostream I bought both of them and was wondering if you could combine the two for the ultimate streaming and recording experience!?
i need multi 3 cam setup for program out. i know the extreme ISO has it but not the lower price machines. Slingstudio can have 3 cam split screen. but you have to have sling hub boxes.
For me the best solution would be to plug the hdmi out of the Osee or the ATEM into one of the hdmi inputs of the Yolobox. This would give you a screen to view the stream, a way of getting mobile internet access, and have the physical touch of the buttons on the Osee or ATEM. If only the Osee or ATEM could be powered by a battery bank for portability instead of having to take a Jackery powerstation or some equivalent.
Thank you for this nice video 🙏🏼. Couple of questions: - are the Osee Gostream HDMI inputs scalable, like the Atem mini’s? - does the Gostream have PTZ camera control? With having 2 ptz cameras, what would be your recommendation? - what is your opinion about the upstream quality? - will the Gostream be sold in Europe, especially in The Netherlands? Looking forward to another nice video.
So sorry for that it didn't have PTZ camera control. Osee's online store could ship it to The Netherlands. And we also had plan to sell it in Europe by Amazon.
At the moment there is no Sdi available for purchase but we have requested it from them when/if they release. Some of their monitors and screens use SDI as well so it’s not unlikely. IBC was great btw, we were there Sunday. What was your favorite both?
We spent a lot of time there; they were super knowledgeable too! Overall IBC is definitely worth a visit if you work with media. Thanks again for sharing!
"No Tally lights yet !", I'm hoping the engineers at Osee can write some code with the options in the menu for external tally lights, The code could come out of one of the USB ports & with a small add-on box that has a usb plug with a lead to a box with a decoder chip & 4 relays, Using 4 long figure 8 cables with red leds on the end of the cable, you could gaffer tape each red led to each camera giving you a tally light for your cameras. Operators & talent will be able to see which camera is on air. This option would just give that professional finish to what is already beautiful switcher, This little box could be sold as optional accessory by Osee.
Hi Amanda, love your content, and gentle manner of presenting the information. One observation is that you ask us to post comments, however I notice none of the nine comments or questions are responded to. There are some really good questions asked, maybe a word or two in reply from your side would attract many more deserved views and subscribers? Regardless, thanks for the time you put into sharing your knowledge.
Hi @theampedlife Thanks so much for the comment! I really appreciate all the comments and questions and do read all of them. Up until last month I have been the only one in our team answering comments and not at all any blame on the guys the comments just exploded which was incredible! All that being sad the goal is to catch up on answering more comments faster. Just to add it is really amazing to see how many people are engaged and positive in the RUclips community; we are grateful to be a part. Thanks for the great comment I hope we hear from you more!
I have had the Osee Desk for three weeks. I am very satisfied. The software is easy to use, but needs some practice. The two skill layers are very good. Unfortunately, you can only upload PNG and no video files. Videos would be very desirable. The only disadvantage is the heat generation. The device gets very warm, a fan or additional cooling fins on the bottom would be good. I have mounted cooling fins on the bottom plate and put the mixer on small feet. Conclusion: the best portable mixer at an unbeatable price of $295 available at the moment.
@@EvanFotis Ah, I see. Now only PNGs work as Skil backgrounds. Of course, a video signal goes out via the HDMI. It would be cool if a small video loop or a live signal would also work with the Skils
I love the concept of the go stream but based on other reviews I've seen, it's missing 2 key points. No ISO recordings and no remote control from a computer or elgato streamdeck via companion. I'm willing to pay more for ISO recordings. That said I do consider it an upgrade to the ATEM mini pro but not the ISO. If I were to do a side by side comparison it would be the go stream vs RGBLink pro. RGBLink gives you access to 4k cams, PTZ control, and other features but misses out on some the go stream features.
I am very new to video production. Currently I set up large boxing/UFC events with a lot of moving heads. The last event we got a few projectors and used the computer hdmi out and fed the projectors. It worked great. The question I have is can I use the output from this video switcher to a HDMI splitter and feed multiple projectors ? Or is something else needed? If so how or what is needed...Thanks
Hello, Thank you for watching. There is a lot of different quality of HDMI splitters Depending on the distance you will probably need one with power to it to push the signal further. Also check the output signal to your projector. Other than that, yes it should work fine
OSEE made NDI into the Beta version for some.reviewers to test it. However it is not yet ready for release until the thorough test can be done. Pls stay tuned with OSEE. The NDI functionality will be released through a FW update, and in addition you'll have to purchase a license to activate the NDI, which is sold separately.
The NDI licence is now available from OSEE at $69. Bear in mind it's NDI HX and not the original full NDI. So you need to make sure your other NDI kit is HX compatible.
Hello. Thank you for watching. If you mean that the osee can receive a video feed from the Obsbot tail air then yes. It can receive the video through hdmi and with NDI(with a licence). If you mean to make the obsbot move and track then no. You can purchase a remote to the obsbot and control up to 3 cameras and soon the app will also control 3 cameras. I hope that clarified it for you
Although I haven't done it quite yet, it has USB-C input and output parts. The pain of the USB-c out on these video mixers is to go to your computer for such purposes as zoom meetings. I'm getting a low-end Surface tablet-since the iPad's IOS apps are limited :( - for this purpose.

How many NDI streams I can bring into the video mixer?
@@myemuk Hi, you can bring multiple NDI streams but only one can be selected in the network that can be used as the source of GoStream Deck.

Is there a possibility for tallylights on the Osse? That's where the Atem is incredible. For nearly everything somebody found a (cheap) solution.

Can Osee do ISO recording? Independent camera recording?
the fun really starts when you combine the Yolobox with one of the others. gets you the best of both worlds

5 inputs 3 hdmi 1 c type 1 sdi
3 outputs 2 hdmi 1 c type
Can you control PTZ camera functions with the kit… or do you need external controler

Hey,
Can we do a macro such that every 1 min 2nd camera go live and after 6s, 1st camera go live?
Hi, yes on the Yolobox it is possible to set up a auto mixer
Comparativo incrível!!!
I will be willing to watch a longer video if you start from begining how to set up and stream
I like to see a Yololiv paired with a Stream deck
Do they both have a dedicated hardware streaming encoder?
Hi, they all have a built in streaming portion. It just varies how hard they are to set up.
What about Graphic Overlays esp from 3rd Parties integration.
