as i look at the outcome and the cost of these houses i reflect on the work a team of us did on those tray ceilings and walls throughout them and had to leave the site because we could not get our pay for our work. and every single skill worker on those sites had problem to get there money up to the labourers pay was short fortnightly or a blatant refusal to pay us. you go there to work and after sleeping on those sites working all 2am at night to finish these house you could not get your money and a pure ginalship. with a place full of security, boss gone foreign every friday evening on pay days. when they pay you what they want to and give that explanation. that project is still ungoing because most workers leave the sites because of pay issue. now i see the cost for those house its an evil act by this developer.

@@SANDRATHOMAS-cz7hd I remember having the head of the team a 20 yr old youth, he was working with me, I am an Certified Electrician. But someone told me about the work and this young guy who have experience in sheet rock works, ask me to follow him to check on the potential work I followed him meet with the developer Mr. Reid is name and we spoke, he wanted the youth to start same time. I said to him not at all we are here to have dialog about the cost and the task we have to perform, so he realized I stood my ground, so he ask us to go up at the town house to measure the areas, we did came back to him with our cost, he then said he want to come see the areas we had measure. After looking at it he said he won't do some of the areas identified, he would just leave those walls as they are paint would bring the aesthetic value, so he send is supervisor to look also and the youth went to sign the agreement. So now he wanted to start but he didn't have enough money. I ask him how he would manage he said he would borrow the money. While we walk down to Ochi Rios, when I reach I just went to the ATM Machine across the road and draw some money give the youth, and we went at Giants plaza and went in total tools store and I buy some tools for the youngster and send him on is way up this Country Club project, feeling so proud I could help a youngster who lost his dad through violence. Never new such evil would reach him. I even went up their myself from Thursday until Sunday to offer help for the youngster whom have employed a further 2 more guys to help which make it 4 guys. We slept in those unfinished buildings in sponge in dust and rain and after 3 week we completed $600000, of work and submit the bill for $400000 for 4 guys over the 3 week period. I had to leave to my original work, only to get a call from the youth said they said they can't pay him that amount of money. I said to him, " what was there explanation", he said they said, " they don't know if he would come back to work". I laugh, and said to the youngster, how much they said they would pay him, to my surprise he said ," $70000". I said to them to tell them to keep the money an come home. He did and they said to him not to leave they would give him $200000. I said take it and don't go back. When he agree to the $200000, he left to pack up his stuff and was call back to the office, only to be told that Mr. Reid said they should give him less than the $200000. The team of 4 guys left and they are unemployed since saying it make no sense work. I have to be encouraging them to just learn from the situation an now an then when I get a Electrical Project I employ them. Mr .Reid is a evil guy. The tilers had to hold one of the supervisor a pay day hostage in a building up their over night in protest for their money also. No joke

Sorry, but it isn't worth $450,000 USA, and I don't love the blue throughout. It is a constant reminder of the ocean. Furnishing could be of higher quality, and curb appeal could use some palm trees and nice flowers. Too bare. Other than that enjoy the presentation ❤😊
