And as far as coining Kupo as ripping off Cartellini clamps, US patents (and patents in most countries) don't last forever, so since the Cartellini clamp was invented in 1992, its patent likely expired in 2009-ish.
Hadn’t thought about that! I know there’s several copycats out there. Impact, BHs brand, has their version. Not sure if they’re based in the US. As far as I can see, the kupo version is an improvement on the cardellini design. Time will tell how it holds up long term. Something that I forgot to mention in the video, it also doesn’t seize up or bind near as much, which is a huge plus. Cheers!
