Very nice unit! PA boy myself but now In SC. I just signed papers for a case ih Farmall 90C with HD rear and front axle with the L630 loader. Will be delivered this week. Coming from a 2008 40HP Newholland boomer this thing is a beast! been watching since your TN75 video. Be blessed!
Nice tractor! I am really wanting to find a way to justify going to the T5. I feel like the electronic rear ends offer a lot of flexibility (at the expense of more electronics for many), but the price vs the Powerstar is tough to swallow. I also strongly dislike diverter 3rd functions, but personal preference there (same issue with the Powerstar too). Seems like there are some live 3rd kits out there. I'm looking for a capable hay tractor that I can use for a long time though.
I understand the thoughts on the front diverter. It was a sacrifice and I'm now used to it. 100 hours and still a happy camper with a ton of loader work making up that 100 hours.
You might be surprised how much hp a 10-foot tiller can stall out when it's sunk 10-inches into wet strawberry fields. Kinda crazy actually. Love these T5s. Have a Powerstar now but looking for a T5.120 myself in the coming year or so. By far the best cabs in the industry, especially those Electro Commands. Dual Commands are a little smaller but still very nice (and still bigger than my Powerstar).
They told my hydro. I can check the manual. On my T4 it was all tied together. I know the level changes based on the position of the loader, so it makes sense to me that it's tied to hydraulics of the machine.
@@ModernCountryLiving ok. At work we have a T5 120 with a side mowing deck and it has a separate hydro tank. I know tractors use power transmission fluid so I thought that’s what the back sight glass is for. But I don’t know for sure.
It has a smaller exhaust than the T4.95 from what I can see. But, there is a catalytic system in there that uses DEF. I will do a deeper dive video under the hood!
@@petefink9664SAME THING WITH MY POWERSTAR 75 RADIO IS FIFFERENT THEN THE ONE IN THE MANUAL . And the left side door doesn’t latch properly you have to slam it very hard to get it to latch and seal properly . Hade it for 2 days now need to call the dealer on the door problem .
@@tom73055 mine has been great. 100 hundred now. Finally figured out the radio for the most part. The dealer was trying to get a manual. I have to shut the door firmly but it works good. The only issue I've had is quick attach lever binds up when closing . The dealer has had issues with them. There fix was a hole new quick attach ( 4 pins to change out). Seems it would open to far, and then bind when closing. They weld a little stop in there so it can't open to far. Where did you get yours ?

Thanks so much. Am posting a little update on my T5.....been great!
I'm not a big New Holland fan, but this is a very good and informative video.
Thank you.

8:45 very nice transmission controls/clutching options, however i don't think you would stall a 120hp tractor that easily 😂 good video keep it up
Right! Thanks for watching the channel! Happy New Year!

Nice video and tractor😊
Thank you. I have several other videos on my channel....T5.120 videos. Hope you enjoy!
About 4:33 isn’t that for your power trans fluid not hydro ?

By moving the battery to the side, did that enable them to move all of the emissions stuff under the hood?

Did you get Manuel with your radio ? My powerstar 75 came with a different radio than was in the owner's manuel
@@petefink9664 Yes...I got a manual for the radio. I honestly didn't check it out...yet.
