Not sure how you handle your garbage and Jay but I would highly look into the LOMI kitchen scrap units. It will cut your garbage look at least in half just from kitchen scraps. Made a huge difference at our cabin.

I do have a question for you. What brand of incinerator toilet did you purchase and install? I have a cottage on an small island in Georgian Bay and would love to get rid of using our holding tank. It costs a fortune to have it pumped out once or twice a season. This is the perfect solution for us.
One word, many times: Hooks. Hooks. Hooks... 99% of the cabins, lodges, outposts I've gone to do not have enough Hooks. Never enough places to hang wet clothes and assorted mish-mash. And even more rare are Rod Racks. I hate leaning all the rods in a corner and trying to dis-engage everything at 0-dark thirty. I've even made rod racks to take with me. I install (w/permission) and leave them there. Hooks and Rod Racks... 😀 Now, Thank You for all the episodes of Uncle Mark's. Great job!
