Hey what a great idea 'working from the bottom and then up'. Why haven't I figured that out? 😂 I used to do full body twice a week but I got very exhausted from all the exercises and it was error in my head because I did not know which exercise to do next. So now I do upper/lower which gives me peace lol. Btw you and your boyfriend look great together. Thanks for the effort for this video 💕

I just finished this workout after doing T25 to warm-up. It was perfect. I'm so sweaty and everything is on fire! Thank you!! I'd love more dumbbell workouts please, especially when you can't go to the gym. It's perfect for home workouts because I have dumbbells. :)

Hello Hannah! 😘😘 I wasn't sure where I should contact you so I thought to ask you on here... I purchased your Summer guide yesterday and going to begin on Monday & have few questions: 1. We don't have an abductor machine in my gym, so let me know any alternatives you would recommend. 2. Also we don't have a row machine so would need another warmup idea for those days.. (I am from Cyprus & gyms here are not fully equipped, especially where I go is a small gym)😬 3. I also like to include 1-2 exercises for biceps on back day & triceps on shoulder day. Would thar be ok to add on top in those days or do a seperate arm day on a rest/cardio say? Would like your opinion on this as well! Thank you so much in advance, let me know thanks!!! I'm doing the rumanian deadlifts with dumbbells and i have the problem that my lower back hurts while i'm trying to squeeze my glutes at the top. Am i supposed to squeeze them or is this exercise mainly for hamstrings?
How do you continue your workout with a minor hip injury? I don't want to lose my gains, however, was told not to do weight-bearing exercises on my legs.

Hey i got a question. I train my glutes 2-3 times a week, often with a 2 days rest between. When i train them i lift heavy, i start with 4 set of 12 heavy deadlifts, good mornings, hip thrust and end with hip abductor machine and high rep glute bridges for isolation. I'm also on a calorie surplus and i'm eating 1 g protein per pound of bodyweight. I don't use any supplements just whey protein after training. I'm getting stronger i increase the weight often, but that's the only results i'm seeing. My glutes are not growing, i started training in november 2017 (i didn't train right at the beginning, so i can say i have trained my glutes since march.) I'm just worried that i'm doing something wrong and my training is useless.
Definitely a good instructional video, do you guys do any couples workouts together. That’ll be cool to see, especially when there’s a difference in strength while performing lifts, etc.

I've tried several times but I just can NOT seem to get my form right. I get so frustrated and I give up but I really want to master dead lifting. Any tips are much appreciated.
Please help! Sooooo my arms r getting bigger with weight training...which sorta makes sense but it would b nice to know how to use it to burn fat to decrease the weight on them during my weight..loss..journey...should I just increase reps ?
