Good to see you are also targeting the the rear delts. So many times I see workouts where these muscles are not targeted. And they are important for preventing injuries.
Hey Hanna, like Briana I liked that you included a pic of each muscle being worked as well. It lets us the viewers know if you're working upper, lower or both during each exercise. Hi Hanna! I struggle with lower back pain,but i really want to do other exercises for my back,not just assited pull-up and lat pull downs,what do zou think i could do that doesn't make my back hurt?
Zsófia Borsos consider if you have an anterior pelvis tilt and tight hip flexors - lots of peeps inc me who sit down at a desk all day have this- the main culprit of lower back pain- all pt will say strengthen glute abs and stretch hip flexors and foam roll foam roll foam roll!!!!!
Hi Hanna have watched and implemented hams and glutes workout mixed with my own favourites. In this one I have a doubt. Will it not be better to stretch the back without leaning while doing seated cable rows... appreciate the good work by you
Really love this video, thanks for the exercise tips. Not so much your meal at the end 😄🤢 but if you love it ok 😅 I usually go for lean protein and a reasonable amount and quality type of carbohydrate after a workout! E.g. tuna fish with rocket leaves on wholemeal or seeded bread! Xxx
Please help, I have been working out for quit sometime now and I now for some reason I’m not getting sore anymore and I feel like maybe I’m doing something wrong. Both arms and lower body are not sore after I feel hard workouts. Love you ❤️
flower16 Soreness isn't necessarly a sign of effectiveness. It sounds like your body has gotten use to certain exercises. I would suggest to either change the weight, or the number of reps or sets. Time under tension, pyramid sets or even supersets are also great alternatives😀hope this helps.
