  • Guinness Record Worlds Smallest Working Train (not the typical click bait of other toy channels). These are about 1:1000 Scale with doesn’t have a designation yet. The little horse track was N Scale to put things into perspective. These are magnetic propulsion trains.

I now have entered a new world. There is something mesmerizing about mini things moving or maybe it’s just train sets.

I like that over and under set! I'd like to see them made a modular system to make larger layouts with multiple tracks!

I think with a bit of engineering it shoupd be possible to recreate them with a 3d printer and a couple of magnets and some metal

I'd like to see track switching. I'm not sure its doable with magnetic propulsion but without it I would not enjoy this setup as more than decoration at Christmas.

I know some people have used this maglev system to motorise T Gauge road vehicles - It's a pretty awesome system and really pushing the model railway technology!

i think this tech a great addition to the model railroad hobby, not just a alternative scale for layouts in general but that you can incorperate this in many other things like moving cars, figurines or just items in general

Nice layouts! Great how the trains can tackle the steep grades. Opens up a lot of possibilities!

So rad and a brilliant use of linear propulsion. I need to get one of these kits.

This has potential. I manage the Lionel 1949 Showroom Layout replica at the Wisconsin Auto Museum, and I've long wanted to build (For my own layout and collection, not for the museum's use) an O scale replica of the Lionel showroom as it appeared in the postwar era. Since the switches on the showroom layout generally were not used in day to day running, I could in theory use these nanotrains to make an operating O scale model of the 1949 showroom layout. A model train layout within a model train layout. This would be awesome.

I have a miniature city that's close enough for that scale but I hope they make track parts that can be customizable for custom layouts that way I can incorporate them into my city, also its pretty expensive, I wish it could be at least 60 dollars for some set of tracks and a train, eitherway pretty cool.

However, These do look pretty neat, and ironically a lot less frustrating than some of the other tiny train scales (Z, T, TY). Perhaps the lack of variety and detail is what makes them more appealing to me: Less to break. Though they'd probably be pretty easy just to outright crush.

Just a question, where are the tenders? The freight cars? The diesels? The electrics? Not much realism in the trains themselves. Though I guess we are talking about 1:1000 scale. Still, there could be a little more variety in the rolling stock.

I don't really like this magnetic propulsion. Sure I can use it for even smaller stuff which would be cool. But I'm more for the actual Model Train with motors & power trough the tracks n' trains. So 1:450 tgauge is moer me.

T gauge is good though mate & I have a couple of t gauge train sets now. At least they have proper working wheels & the detail on t gauge is incredible considering the size. I'm quite impressed at how well supported t gauge is regarding track side accessories. T gauge is half the size of z gauge! Not sure how nano gauge compares to t gauge in size though.👍😁👍
