Yeah agreed, probably mainly because the Americans preferred the Stang and Jugs more. But the Soviets loved them as they suited their use and combat style at the lower altitudes. Thanks for watching!
Very beautiful plane and model. Personally, for me, the P-39 is one of the most beautiful WWII fighters. And I don't know why. By the way, it is interesting that the best Soviet pilots, the aces, flew the P-39. And Pokryskin categorically refused to sit in another Soviet fighter, although he was constantly offered it.
Yeah its a unique bird maybe that's why you like it. There weren't too many mid engine fighters and it suited the combat conditions the Russians were flying in, thats I guess they loved them so much more than their own planes, haha
My only model kit of a P39 was a Revell one a thousand years ago! It had Red Star Soviet markings and for that reason I always associate it with the Russians though it was American and did some good work in the Pacific.
One of my favorite planes
Very nice, the airacobra is often overlooked by the other more famous allied fighters like the Mustang etc which is a pity , cheers again for sharing

The proportions on the airacobra look strange but still has its unique charms. Thanks for sharing as always.
Yeah that's probably due to the mid-engine design. Very unique but it does have a great look to it, especially these HM models!!
Great model 👍, i Will add to my 'must have' list😂
Awesome, glad to have helped add to your collect list, Happy Hunting!!!
Oh, I like that one! Thanks for the great review!
Thanks for dropping past, yeah its a nice one. From back in the day when the US and Russians were nice to each other, haha
Uma aeronave elegante! Muito bom👍

Well the Russians did like them more than the Americans did, haha. Suited the combat altitudes for the reds!! Thaks for dropping past!!!
Yeah I like this one I’m more used to the American ones then the Russian ones but very nice none the less. 👍
I like the big bomb personally 😅
Yeah it's funny though, the US didn't like them as much as the Soviets did. Thanks for watching the video!
